Im gonna be honest i love this place, and i have got my fishes always here, but last time i asked them even explained what fish i have and asked if i could put tetras along with tiger barbs, and they said it wont be a problem, well over one night 2 of the tretas died and next morning another died, kind little upset cause i found out my tiger barbs were eating them. Disappointed i wish the guy told me with more reasoning. But i will be giving to a friend so they are safe and so they can live happy. I still like this store cause with their help i have a grate filter, and my tiger barbs being very healthy and the water is being amazing. Is just perfect for them. They always help u with how to keep water clean etc, i think my best choice was buying the filter from them cause they explain very well and i always went back for more info and they were very helpful. We all are imperfect and sometimes is not our fault nor them, but i learn a lesson never have tetras with tiger barbs

I was satisfied with the service I received. They took the time to answer my questions and didnt make me feel embarrassed even though Im a beginner with aquariums. Ive been having poor luck with two cleaner shrimp that Ive bought at other places, but I came here to try again and the cardinal and cleaner shrimp I bought are doing very well. I was pleased with how they talked to me and the knowledge all the employees have. Very welcoming place to go. It does feel like your going into a dark, creepy basement when you go into the back where the tanks are at, but that also adds kind of a cool atmosphere.

I would never buy anything there again they had a love bird my kid wanted for $100 I was told the register was closed I couldnt purchase it I told them to hold it for me till the morning they open at 10 am called they said at first it was no longer for sale then I went there and they said some one had bought it very unprofessional staff and liers never buy anything there ever again very dirty place found a prittier and cheaper one for $65 every thing happens for a reason jus sucks seeing my little girl all upset but but animal planet in Coventry Ri very nice people excellent customer service ..

Horrible fish care. Ive gone on several trips there and each time it seems like the staff neglect the aquarium section of the store. There has been multiple occasions where the 2-3 gal tanks only had a couple inches of water [with fish in them!] The last trip, there was a $30 crawfish who had suffocated from the water being lower than his height. That was the last straw, and I plan on bringing my money elsewhere. This store has big potential, but they dont care enough to make it really work.

This place doesnt look like much from the outside but they have plenty of lot parking off the busy street and a team of very knowledgeable young exotic animal enthusiasts. They treat all of their animals with respect and specific care. Additionally, they often have extra-exotic animals such as Axolotl, Glass Lizards, millipedes and tarantulas, not to mention a large fish department. All hidden in the basement of an old typical Fall River home. Been shopping here for years.

Me and my girlfriend go there every weekend now yesterday I bought a light it worked fine the next day I turn it on nothing i call and theres nothing they can do about it great just lost a good customer Well just tried going there again Just to get wax worms standing there for 10 min no one said a word to me regret trying again smh just walked right out

Used to go here all the time, they sold me two sick fish and a shrimp that died the same day I brought it home and said my ph was too high which is very untrue I test all the time and my other shrimp has been in the tank for 3 months and counting. They used to have values but now they have lost myself as a long time costumer.

Absolutely love these guys. Ive lived in the area all my life and never knew this place existed. Ive been shopping at only chain pet stores before discovering this place. The guys in the fish area are very knowledgeable and are very eager to help you make the best buy. Only store I think Ive been to twice in one day.

Great selection of animals and a knowledgeable staff mean choosing the right products is easy. Some of the staff encourage unnecessary spending on pointless products (hardware tactics) but if you go into the conversation from a place of knowledge and stand your ground you can come out with exactly what you need.

I bought 5 plants from them and put them in my established tank and within less then a week, my fish had ich. Ive never had this problem with any of the tanks or fish Ive had over the years. Be cautious when buying from them because I believe all the tanks share water and filtration.

Great store and staff! Very knowledgeable and have a nice selection of small animals, reptiles, birds and fish. Not many family owned pet shops are still around. They have always been great to deal with when I have had any questions. I will keep going there for all my animals supplies.

BEST PET STORE EVER!!!!! I HAVE MANY CATS THAT EAT EXPENSIVE FOOD AND THEY GIVE ME THE BEST PRICE AND HAVE THE BEST QUALITY FOOD AROUND I WOULD NOT RECOMEND ANY WHERE ELSE TO BUY FOOD FOR YOUR PETS AND THANK YOU FOR ALWAYS HELPING ME WITH A SMILE. YOU GUYS ARE GREAT!!!!!!!!

Very Poor Fish selection, dirty tanks and very unhelpfull staff during three seperate visits. I inquired about purchasing a Euromastic which they said they could order. I left all my contact information and was promised a call back. Never got a call, not good for business.

Love this place! Been going here for years for my animals, supplies and everything in between. Only place I get my dogs and cats food. I have a an 8 year old dwarf rabbit that I purchased from them, and shes still kicking. :) Would definitely suggest stopping by.

Love this place. The gentlemen in the first Dept is very knowledgeable, and doesnt make you feel dumb for asking questions. The service upfront is the same way. They always let my kids go into the reptile room to see the snakes and lizards.

I just moved to the area and this pet shop has everything you need. They have a great selection of fish and the staff is very knowledgeable.
