My friend recommended this store so I went looking for a lobster harness for my dog. I went there we tried stuff on and the owner said she would order whatever we wanted and we would have it in a few days. Perfect! We were going away and I wanted Zoe to have the harnesses for our vacation. Days and now weeks have passed and I havent received anything... Not even a call about where these pieces are. Have they shipped? We they back ordered? (When I was at the store I was told they were in stock). Needless to say I am not too pleased with the service. I called 3 times now and still no word on my order. I make a conscious effort to shop locally and NOT order items online but why do business with a shop that doesnt care about their customers!

A Private User

Our first time here and we stayed for TWO HOURS!! A small little store for your pets with neat gadgets, treats, food, etc. The girl working there at the time (Joyce) was wonderful. She welcomed us and our pooches. There is also a little area outside of the store to sit and enjoy the neighborhood. Cant wait for our next visit! Thanks :)

It was the only place on the whole island that had a lion costume for my dog! The counter help was very friendly and I will be coming back the next time Im in Newport.
