We have been trying to set up my fish and everytime we go to the aquatic section, we cant get any help. Today we went there to get some fish, no one was in the aquatic section (as usual) . I went up front to ask the person working the register if they would call someone to help. They said they would....so we waited and waited...they never called anyone.so we left...two petco employees were outside smoking... very professional.

Dont bother taking your dog here. I took my poodle here and they didnt do anything I asked. Im not sure they even bathed him. They painted his toenails, but painted it OVER the hair they hadnt trimmed on his paws. I wasnt sure they even did anything to him except this. When I got home I could see they hadnt cleaned the hair out of his ears and his top knot was still so big it was hanging in his eyes. AND it costs $72.00.

Was extremely excited to buy new aquarium, thought petco would be able to help. Had to walk around the whole store to find someone to help me and they knew nothing about what I needed. Very limited selection and I ended up not buying anyways since I was afraid I would end up killing the fish (petco employee had no idea). Too bad they put petrageous out of business.

Petrageous is not closed, they relocated to the marshalls plaza on east main road. Not a fan of Petco myself, its been very hard to find a knowledgable employee. I will stick with Petrageous friendly and very knowledgable!

They are very helpful and have a nice selection of fishes and small animals. The only thing is sometimes the fish dont look to well and its hard to find someone to help you, but they are nice when you find them.
