I just discovered this place summer of 2017!! The staff is great and quite knowledgeable. They have a good variety of the better foods and treats! And they have some of the better high quality toys - much better than Petco and PetSmart. But the BEST part is the self dog wash!! OMG - great large and deep tiled tubs AND dryers right above so you can dry them in the tub or move your dog to the grooming table. And you cant beat the price $10 for everything- water, shampoo AND use of the dryer!!

This place is great!! It is never any problem to wash my dog in the summer, but what do you do in the winter? PetValu has a fabulous solution. For $10 they give you the tub, the towels and there is even a dryer. I was in and out in probably less than 10 minutes with a clean dog and even better a clean house! Love it

Staff members at extremely friendly. They are very kind to my dog who is shy around new people. I feel they are genuinely there to help without being fake. Its always clean and it smells fresh, considering its a pet shop. The jackpot is the self-service dog bath station.

Went in there to get dog leash etc male employee was swearing up the storm every other word was the f word and female employee didnt say anything. I was so shocked i walked out disappointed wont be going back
