Im only giving this place two stars instead of one because I only interacted with one staff member. She was a manager and she was incredibly rude and condescending to me in front of other customers - for no good reason. I have been a customer of Petco for many years (I have a giant-breed dog, so I buy a lot of food, toys, etc) and because of this experience I have decided to drive further to go to locally owned pet stores. Horrible experience.

I called to see if they carried koi food and the man who helped me was very courteous and even asked if I would hold shortly and he could tell me all the options they had. You usually dont get such willing and courteous help in retail in my experience.

mainly because you can keep an eye on your pet through the glass........they have nothing to hide, ...and its a great set up....Stay away from groomers who tell you you cant stay! plus theres plenty to look at while you stay within "reach" of your pet!
