I shop at this pets mart because the staff on the floor is amazing, very helpful and they are really nice to my dog when he comes in, however the grooming department is something else. A couple of months ago I brought my dog to get his nails trimmed and the big girl that did my dogs nails was clearly not very pet friendly. She made my dog nervous because of bad attitude. After that I decided to take my business to the one in Everett! The staff there is amazing! Today I decided to give it a second chance and take my dog there to get his nails trimmed. Same big girl was there, didnt even acknowledge me got off the phone and left to the back. A young lady came out and asked if everyone had been taken care of and I said I havent been helped after standing there for a little over 5 minutes. She Asked how she could help me and I asked politely if they had time to do my dogs nails, she asked another employee there and she immediately replied she had two dogs coming in. I get it they are busy however it was the attitude and the poor customer service they provide. I felt bad for one poor dog that was getting groomed there a brown kinda poodle looking. Poor puppy I hope the owner reads this and doesnt take their dog there anymore. It was at around 12:30pm hope you read this. I work with customers all day and I dont wake up in a good mood everyday but I always have a smile on my face and treat all my customers equally good. You guys suck! ... Specially that big girl, honey get another job if you dont like people or dogs!

My experiences here have been fine I believe I got my first fish here. Which reminds me I visited here yesterday because my fish may have some bacterial fungus or an infection of some sort. With that said I went to test my water which turned out to be fine. I then continued to ask the guy what I should do(given my situation with my Juniper) and he was very kind to explain the scenario and giving me options as far as what he would suggest I do first. It was a very informative visit and it isnt the first time an employee helped me make a decision. Now I can only hope his advice will work. But all my experiences here have been fine nothing bad. Id recommend it for sure.

I have a poodle mix a little over 1yr old. I have brought him to get groomed here and I am obviously speaking for my own experience.. I have loved it so far, at least with the groomer that I always use. I specifically ask for her now specially since the 2nd last time I brought my dog in I got someone else who I guess couldnt handle my dog, or my dog probably just didnt like her. I was afraid he was going to act up again this last time I brought him in but I made sure to request my original groomer and she gave me nothing but compliments.... "he was a very good dog".

I went here to buy a new hermit crab, the conditions they keep these animals in is completely DISGUSTING, they had no water for the crabs and dried out sponges. Crabs need humidity to survive and the substrate in the tank was also dried out. I picked up a crab to see how active he was, and he had MITES on him.. they really need to do a better job with the upkeep of these animals. I will NEVER go back for crabs.

Always shop here for my aquatic needs. Cheap prices and you save even more when using your PetSmart card. If your a fish keeper like i am you know they maintain their tanks and fish. No dead fish floating around, no signs of ick or stress. The staff are very knowledgeable, respectful, and helpful. If they dont have what you need they will tell you which other PetSmart store to locate what your looking for.

We love this location. Ramiro, the fish guy, was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful when we decided to buy a fishtank and we would not have been able to do it without him. We at one point were interested in buying a bird and the employees were very helpful in telling us about him, and his needs, and even showing us how to handle him. From my experience, this is one of the best Petsmart locations in MA.

Reading terrible reviews of animal abuse at this store. Management refused to take action when abuse was reported and seemed to indicate that the "noise" the puppies were making made frightening them and squirting them with water "OK." Do not go to this store, do not support them, they are bastards. Hopefully they will get shut down.

Management is not on the level. Both in grooming and the pets hotel, we were promised one thing, and then they repeatedly reneged, and told us our dog was a problem. If you care about your dog, do not use their grooming or boarding services, and shop for supplies at a different store. They dont deserve your patronage.

Canned Goods Empire

We have been boarding our dog here at the Pet Hotel for a few years now and the service has been beyond excellent. We know that he is taken care of and treated well while we are away.

Petsmart is 10× better than Petco. I get my crickets and other stuff here. Cheep but good. I recomend it to petco buyers
