I am a multiple times a week customer. I must say the staff is friendly and very helpful on everything from identifying fish diseases to which dog food would best fit my dog. On that note I have multiple dogs, reptiles and several fish tanks so I am there for just about everything they sell. The dog food is top notch and that isnt so much the problem as the fish supplies and reptile prices. The fish are greatly over priced, frozen fish food almost requires a small loan to purchase, and reptiles are even more expensive than anywhere Ive seen by $10-$20. Other than dog food I am tempted to start purchasing online and at local chains because the pricing of Pets Plus products is outrageous. I know its a personally owed business and not a chain but the owner should look into better vendors or just be willing to take a hit on his prices and not worry so much about his profit on products. And one other personal thing...some of the staff has a problem with customers interacting with the large Parrot that is out of its cage, then those employees should lock it up roll it out back or slap a price tag on it.

I went to this store for the first time, and had to fight back tears. They sell animals like birds, mice, guinea pigs, rabbits, etc. They kept about 6 full grown rabbits in one small cage, and the same with their guinea pigs! The conditions those poor animals were living in was just sooo sad. Please dont give this store your money. You are only helping these cruel people continue to be cruel. If thats not enough, their prices were ridiculous.

Great service- only place Ill bring my conure for nail trims. John is wonderful with the bird- and Motley is always a pleasure to see. My only complaint is that they do not carry Roudybush pellets, or Harrisons. Great place to get dog, cat, rodent, bird, and fish supplies

Sold us a very sick fish I am so disgusted and its dead after 24 hours and I spent money try to make him healthy. Its had Ich and Popeye when we bought him. Update: Once I told them what happened and they apologized and gave us a gift card. Were very nice.

My friend owns this place , i remember when this place was small and limited, until he took it ova and branched out expanded and carries pretty much everything u would ever need for ur average pets to tons of exotics as well. Great fish selection too.

Ive been a customer of this store for years and always am impressed with the selection, expertise and friendliness of the staff. Its great to see that they havent lost their focus and professionalism since the expansion of the store. A great business!

Finally, started my fish tanks back in gear now. Called around to my friends who I knew had tanks and most reccomended this store. Didnt dissappoint, great tropical and salt water fish. The talking parrot in the front was hilarious. Give them a try.
