The owner is absolutely terrible... She obviously has no concept of customer service. I ordered a cheeseburger cake and when I got home and cut into it, I realized it was not what I had ordered (looked like possibly peanut butter). I took the cake right back and spoke to Kristi and received attitude right off the bat... I just wanted what I had ordered. She told me that it wasnt her problem and I can buy another one if I want that flavor. I couldnt believe the way I was being treated. This was my puppys first birthday and I wanted it to be a special day all about her, but this woman made it a nightmare. Terrible service, terrible attitude, and no accountability.

My dog loved her birthday cake and so did all the rest of our dogs, they just cant get enough. The cake was adorable and it arrived just in time since the gel was melted and it was getting a little warm. The only thing I dont like is the shipping. It should completely be express shipping for any kind of cake they make. I mean to me, 6 days after it was made is a bit long to be in transit. Or at least pack it with more than 1 pack of ice if its going to take longer than 2-3 days to arrive to the front door. I also just wish the express shipping wasnt so much. But I was just happy that it arrived completely fine and it wasnt hard as a rock. =)

WORST SERVICE EVER! The owner Kristi Andrews is extremely rude and unprofessional!! The cake I received was rock hard and there was no dry ice in the package. She claims this company doesnt package with dry ice but it clears states on the website it does. Looks like she doesnt know how to do her job and doesnt know anything about her company. I have contacted the Better Business Bureau and I will get a refund. Also, I will writing reviews on every website possible so people know what kind of service they are going to deal with if they decide to buy from here.

Called up at 9am and asked about getting a cake made for that night. They didnt hesitate for a moment they immediately took my order. That night I had a personalized cake for my dog waiting for me. Picked up something from their rather nice selection of treats as well. Dog loved everything! Once she got a taste of her cake she didnt come up for air she ate the entire piece. Will definitely be back and tell friends.

I never delt with such a nasty person ever. I placed a call to them to order a cake for my three dogs. Someone contacted me on a Sat and I was not able to get the call, on one called me back on Sunday, in reference to my address. They are closed on Mondays so I called Tues. polite as I can be, and the lady just plain ole nasty, and rude. Dont ever order from them.......

i got a cake for the boys bday same as i did last year. last year it came cold with ice this year it was hot and hard as a rock when we called the owner was rude and refused return. i refuse to have my dogs eat this cake that isnt cold when it specifically says for it to stay cold and they ship with ice... needless to say we are contacting BBB and going from there

Been taking my dogs there for self washes for a fews years-very friendly & helpful staff - Always greet my dogs by name & hand out treats. Recently had my dogs groomed there & Amanda did a great job (LOVED Tootie before she moved away). The dog treats are always a hit! Great experience every time. Highly recommend.

I LOVE the Barkey. Everyone who works there is so helpful and educated on dogs & cats. This is the only place I found that will not crate my puppies after they are groomed, so I can pick them up after an hour or so. Im about to move an hour away, but I am still going to travel so they can continue to go here.

Ordered my dogs birthday cake from here. 2nd year in a row. Came on the exact date I ordered it. Great service and product. My dog loves the cake. I will be ordering one every year. some of these negative reviews on here seem like they are from insane dog owners. This place is great.

The Barkery makes beautiful doggy cakes and biscuits. My dogs love all the goodies. The owner is a doll. She is talented at baking and LOVES dogs and it shows. Her shop is a must see. Looks just like a human bakery with the glass cases. Stop in and visit.

THE BARKERY GROOMING IS THE BEST AROUND Ask for Tiffany to groom your dog. She is the best there is.She did a wonderful, professional job on my dogs and the customer service is outstanding. The owner is very nice and the bakery is great also.

Both times we brought our cats to get their nails clipped they came back with fleas. So you pay $10 per cat for nail clipping, then $120 in flea medication. Not worth the trouble, better to do it yourself at home.
