I have several pets ranging from dogs and birds to reptiles and small critters. Ive been going to Stateline for a few years now - I love this place! Its a haul from Manchester, where I live, but it is so well worth it! Theyre selection is great - lots of high quality foods (Solid Gold, Wellness, Before Grain, Timberwolf Organics, and more) along with your run-of-the-mill stuff like Iams and Science Diet, all at prices $10-$30 BELOW other stores. Their small animal and bird sections are small, but prices are fantastic - CareFresh bedding is about half the price youd pay at PetCo or PetSmart! They welcome well behaved pets of all types (Ive brought my parrots, dogs, and rats), and most of the staff is very helpful and friendly. Im greeted by name, and though we dont particularly care much for the manager/owner (he doesnt seem very interested in the animals), were especially fond of Donna and Sarah, who love one of my dogs so darn much that if I go in without him, I get an earful! Ive never had a negative experience here (EVER!) Ive never had a problem with them honoring coupons (whether theirs or manufacturers coupons) and Ive never had a problem returning or exchanging items, as other reviewers have suggested. If youre looking for a good experience and a great value - make the trip!

Best prices. Even popular online stores charge $7 more per case for my cats canned food. Thats a lot when Im having to buy 4-5 cases per month. Great staff. They always assist me when I call asking for them to put the food aside. I know that they are busy but they always take care of me. The fact that this is a local business is important to me too. The fact that on all of the toys, food and other items that we buy for our dog and two cats are so much less expensive, obviously that is important to me too. I highly recommend this store.

Customer service is non existence. My wife went there one day with our dog and the dog had an accident. The woman was very rude and told her to clean it up. I will say prices and availability of products is great. They have better food than petco and prices cant be beat! There rewards program is not as good though. You dont receive points for food. Weve been shopping there for years, spent hundreds of dollars but have yet to receive a reward! On a positive note it is very clean and organized.

Best place around to get anything pet related. Its still a local small business owner and with that being said, that store is always donating or sponsoring some animal related event which is huge. When was the last time you seen a large chain pet store sponsoring some small NH towns fund raiser or donating a ton of stuff? Never. I buy there because of that reason. The cheaper prices are just a bonus..

Owner chooses what ads to honor and which to change at his discretion. Even if the photo AND the exact brand is listed in the flyer, the store will tell you that brand is not the one on sale. EVEN IF IT IS THE ONE PICTURED! To the owner (D***) pay for real advertising and STICK BY IT! That is just a sleasy business practice that you should have left at the old building.

Tried to return something w/out reciept (as was not given a receipt). Owner tried to charge restocking fee for a $29.46 item. I had to drive out twice to resolve this. Was given store credit but was made to feel so uncomfortable by staff that could not leave fast enough. WORST shopping experience EVER.

Great selection, and amazing return policy on food. I walked into the store with an opened bag of food (Dog didnt like it), and before I could even speak, they told me where to put the bag and to go pick something else. Full refund on the opened bag! Prices are absolutely the cheapest in NH and MA!

Convenient location, great sales every now and then. They have specialty grain free cat food which I buy (She has to eat grain free or she starts tearing her face fur out and eating her feet...yah). Selection of grain free food could be a little larger though. Friendly staff. I recommend it!

We get all of our pet supplies here for our dog & our cat. They have a wide variety of foods, toys, and treats. Our dog loves going because she always gets a cookie. I have never found the staff to be rude as a prior comment suggested and we have never had a problem with them honoring coupons.

With six pets, this is my favorite store. They have a large variety of products, from toys to food and everything in between. If they dont have what you are looking for, they will order it for you. The staff is very helpful and knowledgeable. Prices are the best around!

Their prices are much better than the nearby chain store, even after all the coupons. Theyre locally owned and run, cashiers are well-informed and they do special orders. Theyre also courteous and carry a wide variety of products. Whats not to like?

Excellent store! Inventory is great. Clean facility. Friendly staff. Products for birds, cats, dogs, small animals etc! Would never go back to chain store after shopping here, the prices here are to good in comparison, love this place
