They sold me a refrigerator that didnt work on 3/27. When I told them about it they sent someone out to fix it Wednesday (lie number 1) but there was more wrong with it... I had already been without a fridge for over a week and told them I didnt want to wait until the next Wednesday for him to fix a problem he didnt know would repair it... They said they would replace it and I could come and pick out the one I wanted.. I went to pick out another one on Friday and I asked if it worked and assured me it did (lie number 2) After three days of him lying telling me it was being delivered (lie number 3) I got frustrated... Called Monday and they told me something was wrong with the fridge I picked out Friday and the ice maker and water dispenser was not working (lie number 4)and said that they would send me pictures of some other ones that just came in on saturday (lie number 5)the fridges they sent me was not new arrivals and I had already seen them that Friday... Now they are telling me they have a reidgerator in another warehouse that they will be getting Tuesday morning and delivering that day to my house. So as you can see my kids have been with out getting proper meals and drinks for their well being. All because they are giving me the run around and lying. I still dont have a fridge and my kids are still hungry... Dont do business with these people they have bad business. They dont care about you predicament waiting on them to deliver you a product that is what you feel is worth the money you have already given them. I dont feel I should get a product just because it works I feel I should get something of quality that I originally went and picked out and paid my hard earned money for. Yes I am upset because my kids are hungry and I have to go without eating to make sure they are fed daily with fast food which is not a lifestyle they are use to.

I dont normally do reviews but after reading other reviews i feel like I should comment. I bought a refrigerator here August 2015. No, they arent super professional but I didnt mind, they were all very nice. i did feel like the younger man was a grade A BSer, but hes in sales....what do you expect?! His wife, who answers the phone and does the paperwork was extremely nice to me. (I should add that I am a 28 year old single mother.) anyway, after they delivered the fridge the guy told me that it would be okay to put my groceries in it(I kept tr freezer items in my deep freeze though). The next morning, nothing. Totally hot. I called, pretty upset since my groceries just went bad but she apologized and said the man should have NEVER told me that it was okay to fill it before it was actually cold. She got someone out the same day, he worked on it a while and came to the conclusion it wasnt going to work. I went back up there, picked out another fridge, the one I wanted originally but it was $300 more than I wanted to spend, the owner was there at the time, I talked to him he dropped the price by $100 and agreed to let me pay $100 in a couple days when I got paid and the other $100 the following week. They had the old fridge gone and the new one in within 2 days. I havent had a single problem since. I read the reviews after the first fridge went bad and got really scared that I had totally just gotten screwed but that was not the case at all. Should I need something in the future and cant afford brand new I will go back!

PLEASE FOR YOUR SAKE DONT SHOP HERE. I had to give one star but really I didnt want to give any stars. This place is ridiculous!! They lie and the lady that answers the phone shes a liar too. They sell you appliances that dont work properly and then give you this paper staple to the receipt...please read it!! Thats where the bs begins. I had a refrigerator washer and dryer delivered to my home. The delivery guys were extremely late. Like a day and a half. So when bringing in the refrigerator the delivery guys scratched up the refrigerator and cracked my ceramic tile floor. I called the place and the puppet receptionist lied(shes really ratchet) and told me Bull was with a customer, then when the conversation got to heavy for her she finally gives the phone to him. He tells me they are not responsible for the damage the delivery guys made to my property but he could replace the handles on the doors. He told me theyll be in in a day. He didnt get a model number or anything to know what kind of frige if was. Oh and not to mention that the the ice and water does not work on the refrigerator and the dryer has to be turned on 2-3 times before it dries a load. Hes a fast talker and thinks he can intimidate people. Long story short the delivery guys stop answering my calls and Im still waiting on a call from Bill!!! This place should be closed for business. PLEASE DONT SHOP HERE. YOU WILL DEFINITELY WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY! I WILL POST THE FOLLOW UP TO THIS BAD EXPERIENCE!!!

Picked out and paid for a washer/dryer and fridge... Paid for appliances plus $50 delivery charge.. Was promised all contents of fridge will come with it and everything will be working.. Set the appt for delivery and was told it would be between 12 and 2pm. 1pm rolls around and am told "the drivers truck has a bad starter". They said they would probably still be able to deliver and will call back within an hour.. They never called... Wasted afternoon waiting on my appliances.. Set up an appt for the following week, this time they showed up.. While hauling the washer/dryer down my stairs they scuffed up my walls big time.. Keep in mind there was plenty of clearance, I fit a couch and entire bar down those stairs without an issue.. They also didnt bring the shelves and water line for the fridge which we were promised.. 2 days of being plugged in the fridge never got cold... Called 3 different times with no call back and finally got a tech to come out and service the fridge.. It was low on freon (wouldnt they fill it up when they "recondition" it?) Still NO shelves... After a week of phone calls and no call backs, I still do not have my fridge shelves or water line... These people arent worth the trouble, I wouldnt recommend their services. STAY AWAY there are plenty of other places to go that will not jerk you around.

Do not do business with these crooks! Used them for repair services for or washer. Repair guy said needed a pump. Said they would be back to install 3 days later. Gave him a check for the diagnoses, part and installation. Because my gut instinct told me to try verify what the repair guy said, I researched the pump for my washer online. After finding out I could buy one for 1/3 of the price I paid the guy, and that installation takes about 2 minutes, I immediately called the company and explained I wanted to cancel the part order and only pay the the service call. The guy on the phone informed me that I would need to speak with the owner/manager whoever the next day and that hed leave a message for him to call me. But that they would cancel my order, and wed get the payment all straightened out, no problem. I left my name and number and never heard back. I did notice two days later that my check had been cashed. So, as of one week later, payment was taken, services never rendered and no one will speak to me to correct the issue! Thieves, crooks, and shady business owner. Stay Far away!!
