The guy in paint dept didnt close the lid on one of my gallons of paint. After it spilled all over the back seat of the car I spoke with the manager who apologized and quickly turned in a claim to their insurance to reimburse me for the cleaning costs and a new gal of paint. The insurance dept however decided not to pay anything claiming it is not their responsibility bc I did not carry it in my trunk. Well I had my mothers wheelchair in my trunk and could not fit it there and Ive hauled paint 50+ times in my backseat with no problems. The other two val I bought were fine bc their lids had been sealed. The company had been turned over to BBB.

Usually a five star rating, but I ordered a part that was shipped to this store. Right packaging with a different part inside. Helpful customer Service who quickly refunded my money. Got a review request from Home Depot but they said it did not meet the criteria for publishing on their site. I guess they deceide what good enough which I think defeats the purpose. Anyway, I will use this store again. I chalk it up to a fluke thing.

I went here to purchase a few things in the paint area and the employee in this area was so unhelpful today. I became annoyed and just left and went to Home Depot but not before I let the manager know that because of his employee I would be taking my money somewhere else.

The staff at this store is terrible. After trying to find and order a product with multiple staff members, I was told "why dont you go online and try to order it." Thanks for nothing.... If Menards was closer Id go there every time. This store is a joke.

I have asked several associates on many occasions for products and was told they do not carry and looked on my own and found it on my own. Get it together Home Depot!!! I know i will not get information that is correct at least 80% of the time...

Good helpful workers never came in the store with one of them wouldnt try there best to help you find what youre looking for shop there all the time

Of all the big box stores Home Depo had the best selection of light bulbs. You still may need someone to interpret the codes on the box.

This is my hardware store of choice. Not hard to find help. Store is usually clean and put together.
