The customer services at zilges is awful! They said it would take over a month to get a part for our dishwasher that we purchased there less than 3 years ago after making a house call and looking at the dishwasher. We spent over an hour in the store trying to get help to order the part that they said we needed, they just turned around and walked away. We went to McCloskey appliance center. They were able to order the part (without even making a house call), we had the part in just a couple of days, it was the correct part and we were able to return the other one. The were exceptionally helpful and our dishwasher works.

Zilges service department does NOT service appliances that were NOT purchased from them. What got to me is that they now service Wolf products and when I contacted Wolf regarding an appliance, and when they suggested Zilges, I told Wolf that I did not purchase my appliance there, and they told me that they should because it is not a clause in their contract. Well, guess what? They dont care. I had to call Wolf back and explain. Wolf called them and was told that they are 3 weeks out on service calls... I do not like companies that are so hard up for customers that they put such a restriction on their service department.

My wife and couldnt be more pleased! We recently remodeled and were very impressed with the Zilges team. It was impressive that during the design process they sent a guy out to measure our spaces at no charge. Their installation guys did a great job as well. We have had other applainces stores come in in that past and they didnt take the care as with what we saw from the Zilges installers. We highly recommend Zilges to anyone!! Thomas & Jane Andersen

Convinced my wife that we should shop local instead of big name store for better customer service, quality product, and in house maintenance..WRONG!! Our new machine has now broke down twice in less then a year and Zilges solution after telling us we would have to wait two weeks for their maintenance man to fix it was to call GE and see if they could send someone! Horrible customer service and product accountability. I will never shop there again!

You can not go wrong with Zilges. The staff both in store and the service guys are amazing. Smart fast and always on time. They go out of the way to help you get your appliances fixed fast and if its not fixable they have excellent prices on a new one. Cant say enough wonderful things about them. Go there first and save yourself the trouble and wasted time on other places.

Horrible, Horrible experience with this store. Bought new appliances here instead of cheaper elsewhere thinking I would get good service if they ever broke down. I couldnt be more wrong as they were horrible to deal with and didnt give a damn about my dissatisfaction.
