My first experience with HHGregg! I have been doing some remodeling for my business and needed three 32" tvs. Stopped into the Fenton location to do some comparisons. The salesman was very clingy. Later found out he was brand new. Asked for their 32" tv section he pointed me in the right direction. So I looked a bit. They did not have much. But when I was getting ready to leave. In the next isle I noticed they had a Proscan PLed3273a model I had seen on the web from other competitors. But their price was a bit higher...quite a bit $50.00. But I went and found the salesman and asked if they did price matching and he told me "Yes, they have a price match guarantee". He asked what price and where from. I told him, he said he would check with their price match system. Came back to me and said they did not find it. So I pulled up the competitors site and showed it to him. (It is a local competitor by the way.) He stated he would go and check with the manager. He came back and said he was Sorry, but not able to match the price. What the he** HhGregg! Well I told him thank you anyways and that I needed 3 of them. He looked at me with that " deer in the headlights " look as I walked out. As I left, I thought it should have been the managers responsibility to come and give me an explanation. Not the newbie employee. I know as a business owner myself, I would have. Stay away from HhGregg Fenton they apparently dont hold up to their own policies.

Horrible customer service, my girlfriend and I purchased a $2500 dollar mattress and box spring (serta icomfort prodigy everfeel) on friday 11/27/2015 from the fenton, mo store. At first we werent sure about it but the salesman talked us into it. Upon checking out he assured us it was IN STOCK as he went in back to check and would be delivered on sunday 11/29/2015. We completed the purchase and received an email saturday confirming our Sunday delivery. Sunday comes around and we called to check and make sure it is being delivered and they say no. It wont be delivered until Tuesday. So while Im at home waiting for this bed Im losing money that I could be making. Called the fenton store and the lady tells me that theres nothing in the system about Sunday delivery just tuesday. Basically calling me a liar. So we call back shortly after and she apologizes and says management is working with the warehouse to get it delivered. Waited for their call back and when they finally do they say the bed isnt even in now. Its in Chicago and cant be delivered until Tuesday. What a load of crap. This isnt the first time Ive had issues with delivery from this store. Going to get a refund on this bed and will not be returning to this store again. Youve lost yet another valuable customer.

They have the worst customer service Ive ever experienced. I bought a new washer, dryer and fridge from them, spent almost $4000.00 total. They never delivered my washer after telling me 3 different times they were coming with it. They never called to say they werent coming with it. I had to call them to find out what was going on. I finally had to demand my money back and have them come get the dryer so I could go buy a matching set from Lowes. In the mean time the freezer on my new fridge that I had for one week stopped working. When I called and told them about this and that I purchased the 10 year warranty, I was told they would try to have some one out to fix it within 5 business days! What? When I asked why did I purchase this warranty then if it was going to take that long to get it fixed, they told me if I didnt have it, it would be 3 weeks before someone fixed the freezer! That was a week and half ago and the freezer on my new $1400.00 fridge still doesnt work. Never again will I purchase anything from HH Gregg and I will tell everyone I know not to as well.

We purchased all new kitchen appliances through HH Gregg. We scheduled the install of the microwave and dishwasher on the same day of the delivery of the refrigerator and electric range. The install of the microwave and dishwasher were on time and Chuck the installer was excellent. However the delivery of the refrigerator and stove never happened because the delivery drivers said nobody was home. I was home because I took off work to be home and Chuck the installer was here at the time they claimed arrival. They called my girlfriends phone number but she asked them the night before to call my number. When the guy at the store told me this, he said the delivery drivers might be able to come that evening and he said he would call back but never did. Its Saturday and they reschuled to be here between 2 - 5. Its 5:30 and they JUST picked up the product up from the store. We will never shop from this store again.

Ive gone 3 times in one month and a bad experience each time. I will NOT be going there anymore. 1. I bought a computer tablet and there was a womans name entered on the home screen so i know it was used. 2. I bought a 19" monitor and on the way to checkout i decided to check the box. The inside covering was removed and a part was missing. "Another used return"! 3. My last (and final purchase) from this store was a $163.00 charge they wrang up twice on my debit card. I called the store and they said the manager was running to the bank and would call me when he got back. HE NEVER CALLED! Now i have to dispute the charge with my bank and do not have access to my money until then. I am reporting to this to the Attorney General of my state. I guess they dont know it is illegal to sell used equipment and double charge people..

Customer service is HORRIBLE here, called tracking down a dryer that was to be delivered today. After calling the delivery service and getting disconnected 3 different times, I finally was told the salesperson wrote up the order wrong. I then called the Appliance Dept, had to call 2 times because nobody would answer the phone. Salesperson told me the temp/fill in person that had worked on Black Friday wrote the ticket up wrong. #1: WHY couldnt HH Gregg call us and let us know about the problem BEFORE the day to deliver. #2: Delivery service guys "just tell the truth" tell me that you dont have the order. #3: If you have to hire people that are not properly trained to do the job , why wouldnt you DOUBLE CHECK their work and follow through?!?!

Bought a washer and dryer with pedestals... First delivery try... both cleats on pedestals broken... drove to store spoke with manager... he said would order new... next morning on way to work called to install.... turned around ... missed half day only to find out they only brought one pedestal... Went and talked to appliance manager and he took my name and Number... but never called back... I had to go back to the store after the seventh day of not hearing from them.... Finally came with the last pedestal in the installer never leveled or cycled the washer... So when I ran my first load an error message came up they never turn the water on!! Failed at every step of the way
