I bought my appliances there (washer, dryer, stove, refrigerator). The experience buying these appliances was wonderful. The salesperson was helpful and friendly. The appliances were cheaper than I could imagine. However, the issue is that I asked for delivery and installation. The delivery people showed up 1 full hour before my delivery window. I received a call and they asked if I was home because they were an hour early to my house. I said no, I had planned on arriving from work so I would be there just slightly before the delivery window, not 60 minutes ahead of time. They actually waited for me to arrive, as they should have! However, I arrived 30 minutes later, but still 30 minutes before my installation window. This is when I attended to arrive so I could prepare the area for them to deliver the appliances. The delivery crew acted very annoyed that the area was not already clear, 30 minutes prior to my delivery window. The delivery crew acted annoyed and at what point said that they were going to have to leave without delivering my appliance if I wasnt faster ... they threatened to leave before my delivery window even opened! The delivery crew did not hook up my appliances. After this experience, I checked my receipt over to see who I could talk to about it. From what I can tell I did not actually pay for installation, all the line items say "no hookup." I probably should have realized this when I purchased the appliances and I think it may be related to my gas currently being off, but it still does NOT excuse the delivery crews attitude while at my residence. Being told that the crew may leave without even bringing my last appliance inside all BEFORE my delivery window has even opened is simply appalling.

To start off, I have never felt the need to write a review about a place, but sears outlet has pushed me over the edge. I bought a fridge from them on the 28th, and on the 29th I received a phone call from my bank to tell me sears has double charged me. I called the store and asked for the manager, and he said there was nothing that he could do and that it was a "soft" charge. I called my bank and they assured me there where 2 "hard" charges. After calling sears everyday and speaking with the manager, nothing was resolved. Luckily, I put a stop payment on the second charge and my bank took care of the rest! So if you feel like loaning a multi million dollar company money for a week, shop here! If you want a total lack of customer service and a manager that pleads the 5th, shop here! The manager 1st didnt believe me, then it went to "hes heard of this before", to, this happens a lot..... But yet he still "couldnt do anything"! What a joke. Well, youve been warned, proceed at your own risk!

Yes you can buy cheap appliances here but you are getting exactly that cheap appliances with cheap service! Paid for delivery for a washer, dryer, and fridge. Delivery guys did not hook my fridge up and months later I am still trying to get the water supply hooked onto my fridge. Never will I buy appliances from such a low quality store! Not to mention my fridge is all dented and damaged. Not a happy customer and the manager said there is nothing he can do for us. Absolutely ridiculous and horrible service. Do yourself a favor and spend the extra bucks to get good service.

In October I purchased a Whirlpool stove and dishwasher, I have used both many time since then and love them both! They both look very nice in my kitchen! I also love how Sears Outlet lets you sign up for a year free with no interest to pay your appliances off, very nice option for me. Plus the prices are good, not too expensive and the items I purchased the defaults on them you cant even see. I highly recommend this store, when I need a new washer and dryer I will be coming back!

I purchased a Maytag washer and dryer from Sears Outlet at the Mills Mall. The washer has never worked and is still under repair a month and a half later after purchase. What they claimed to be a scratch & dent model was actually a used/refurbished model. So far there are 3 major parts that have to be replaced before I can attempt to wash anything in it. One of which is the tub that had a major hole in the bottom. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM IF YOU WANT WORKING UNITS.

I called 1/3/2016 and got a rude male employee who acted as he did not care if I bought a washer and dryer at all. I was told they would be a price I had seen earlier in late december until they were all gone so I waited now he tells me they are almost double what they were. 13 days ago.
