Save your time and look elsewhere! NORMAN from the St. Charles location quoted $54.50 for a service call. My service tech ran my washing machine (a 12 minute spin-only cycle), told me we use too much soap and left. Final charge was just under $100. What Norman conveniently forgets to mention is you get charged by the minute while the service tech is out here. I called NORMAN back and told him he was getting $54.50 and he made excuses as to why he didnt mention the per minute charge...I told him that was BS and he hung up on me. SHADY business practices that MAY still work on the elderly. Sorry, NORMAN. ...nice try! Let me continue this by saying the "expert" Keeven sent to my house didnt touch a tool. He told me we "use too much soap"...FALSE! I, after about 2 minutes of research, discovered front load washers produce an error code...apparently Keeven doesnt realize this. I pulled the error code and will be replacing the door latch myself for $40. Guess I should start an appliance service company??? At the very least, Keeven, feel free to consult me whenever you get another "brain-buster" like this one...at least you can rob people of their money but AT LEAST give SOME insight! AVOID KEEVEN! Never give Keeven Appliance business! My husband scheduled a washer repair this afternoon and upon arrival, the technician said he didnt have the part and couldnt repair the washer, then proceeded to charge us for a service call ($55). This is bad business! If a business agrees to perform a service, then they should do so, and be up front with any costs that will be incurred! Only a refund for the 20 minute visit that wasted our time and money is acceptable!!!!

Beware of appliance repairman from St. Charles office. We used the office in Florissant with great success but the repairman from St. Charles office is a crook! He was unprofessional and left a gas range in an unsafe state and blamed my wife as his reason for leaving it. He didnt carry a 50 cent part and found it acceptable to walk away. Will NEVER have a repair done by Keevan St. Charles again.

I have had nothing but good luck with this store in St. Charles so Im not sure who you all got but my tech was knowledgeable and explained my problems and told me what to avoid doing in the future so as not to have a repeat service call.
