Best Parts supplier i have ever used. Knowledgeable, helpful and patient. They have even gone above and beyond to help me diagnose an issue on the phone after I called for a part and they thought I was heading in the wrong direction. Theyve helped my repair Washing Machines, dryers, dishwashers, refrigerators and AC units. I"m not sure there is anything they cant do. My only complaint is they arent open later on a Saturday or at all on Sunday when all these things typically happen at my house. That I can deal with.... :) Ill never use another Parts Store

I was having trouble getting a fan out of a blower motor. After googling for help I determined that I needed a fan puller. Schepker was out of stock but the guy told me that I probably didnt need one and took the time to explain how to get it out without one. What he suggested worked and saved me the $40-60 expense of buying a tool I didnt need. I will definitely look to Schepker for my appliance needs in the future.

I needed a new right-angle tube for my fridge. While they didnt have the exact part in, they did have something that fit and worked perfectly, and got me back up and running immediately instead of waiting to have an overly-expensive part shipped in from the manufacturer. Really listened to the problem I was having and gave me a great solution. This is now my go-to store for parts and service for my appliances.

Not only did these guys know what I needed to fix my leaking refrigerator, but they rummaged through their junk box to find the part I needed for free! It may have seemed like a small deal to them, but I found it very refreshing when they could have charged me whatever. I will definitely go back to these guys with my next appliance part issue. I repair my own applances and home heat/air and hot water devices. Schepker has been my go-to parts and service shop for 21 years because they always get me the right parts and assist me with much needed and knowledgeable assistance. I am going there tomorrow to purchase a fan motor for my home air unit.
