CAUTION!!! Darren came out and charged me $230 to tell me I needed $2,000 worth of work done to get my A/C running. Afterwards, a friend came out (whos father owns his own heating and cooling business) and she soddered one hole in the pipe that delivers the freon (which appeared to be put there by a flathead screwdriver), added freon and my A/C has been working perfectly since. Also, she discovered that he took the fuse out, turned it upside and put it back in upside down. NOT ONCE was a freon leak discussed or even mentioned in his written report/bill or letter after I asked for a refund! They refused to refund my money after I told their office about his scam. I will definitely be contacting the BBB and local news stations to warn others of his SCAM. I wonder how many poor people have fallen for similar scams... P.S. My pets and I went four days in 95°+ weather with no A/C when it could have been up and running perfectly after 30 mins!

Ive gotten 2 washers from them and both broke. They dont want to refund my money or come get the washer, which by the way is on Samsungs recall list for serious safety issues. This washer was a loaner UNTILL they found an older style one that I preferred. They never contacted me again after dropping this washer off. I feel they owe me my money or I will take further action. THIS IS THE 2ND WASHER THAT HAS BROKEN FROM THIS STORE!!! IS 200 HUNDRED DOLARS WORTH THIS TO THEM? ILL KEEP YOU POSTED. THANKS SANDY

Had an air conditioner that was running constantly but not cooling in some of the hottest weather of last summer. They came out and got us up for the moment (didnt have the right part) and then came back with the part to finish the fix. Also got a used washer and dryer from them and it looks and runs as good as neighbors new ones at way less cost. Recommend them to anyone because the people that work there take the lead of the owner and care about their customers.

I had a problem with my dryer and with two little kids I needed it fixed ASAP! Darren was able to make it out in just a few hours of me calling and had a brand new part for it the very next morning! He was straight to the point, upfront with the cost and didnt try to sell you more than you needed! I will definitely be using him for any appliance repairs in the future and will be referring him to friends and family!

Tech showed up without all necessary equipment to install and then made two trips out to store for parts and equipment. I was charged for the two hours he was out getting supplies he failed to bring along with a travel charge. Very disappointed with the cost of a simple install.
