If they dont have a part or a tool, theyll send you someplace that does. Trustworthy (read: knowledgeable, part-time, side job) DIY store employees will secretly direct you to Capital Supply. As far as customer service, it can be a bit jarring when you first walk in to figure out their system. It looks like a bar, where you should sidle up, but thats not how it works. Theyve got counters arranged by topic, and a single line for each. The person/people at that counter are familiar with that topic, and not in a rush to move on to the next customer until the customer theyre with is ready to walk away ... which can be frustrating if the customer in front of you is a talker.

I shop at Capital Supply quite often. The one on one service is quite help in trying to solve a problem.They often have better products than the box stores at a better price. I think it is wonderful to do business with a locally family owned business. I often have them order things for me. I other day I ordered small work glove for myself and friends and foundation vent. I appreciate doing business with Capital supply.

Capital Supply is a place where you can find plumbing and electrical supplies for that old house that you own or rent. There is a couple of seasoned guys in there that can tell you what will work without changing out what ever you are working on. Great place. Much different from the big box stores.

GCA Services uses Capital Supply as one of their vendors. Being the Inventory Manger and I have to deal with them on a regular basis.I have always had friendly service and quick response on orders. When I cant find a part I can bank that they will have it. And its close by my employer.

They have a great selection and really good prices.... Way better than Lowes for plumbing and electrical. They also have random household repair and landscaping stuff
