LaZy employees, and poorly managed store. Asked two different employees for help (after having to track them both down) finding backer board screws, which were not with backer board in flooring , nor with screws section.Told by both to look in screws, neither offered to help me search, they were to busy pretending to look busy. Walked up to the front to ask someone else, he was on a cell phone, i politely stood away from him waiting for him to finish his call which I guess intruded on his conversation about where he was going to eat so he walked away still talking on his cell phone. After four of us searching the store for 20 minutes finally find the screws in the lumber section where they have another batch of backer board. As Im checking out I hear one of the first employees who offered no help complaining about returns he has to restock. Hopefully they have at least one employee who likes their job and assisting customers because all I have ran across surely do not, nor the people managing them. Not my first bad experience at this store, with this continuous level of service I felt compelled to write this review. I am Switching to Lowes which has a nicer location and store, and a step up in service which still isnt saying much.

Good store with great products, however customer services is poor and unresponsive. Purchased few major appliances with serious problem with delivery and support. When asked to correct their mistakes, I was offered a phone number to fix the order mistakes and arrange expedited delivery on my own. First appliance took 4 months to resolve while the second appliance left the family without a stove and microwave for a week. Update 10 days later: Customer Service was slow to respond after complaint was submitted (Complaint submitted Tuesday morning and didnt receive a call until Wednesday later afternoon with 21 minutes left before that person leave work). Only thing mentioned was consolation and how sorry they were but nothing done to expedite delivery of appliance. Could not get the delivery to move up and the family was left with 10 days of no range to prepare meals (an expensive undertaking). Very disappointed with Home Depot. The rating should be "No star" if that could be possible.

My husband and I bought 16 bags of cyprus mulch at Home Depot in Bluffton SC the other day. We asked for someone to help load it into our truck. We got the nicest, most helpful young man you could ask for: Paul Chandler. There was a large delivery truck parked next to the stack of mulch and Paul said not to worry. He loaded the mulch on a wagon and wheeled it around to our truck. We wanted to tip him but he said that wasnt necessary but would appreciate it if we would rate and review him on this website. He was awesome.

Ive never been to your store and I dont plan on being in South Carolina anytime soon. That being said, I will continue to choose my local San Diego, CA Home Depot over the competition after hearing about what you guys did with Depot the cat. Home Depot is a great company and is one of the few that would do something like this. To be honest, they probably did it solely because it is what their customers wanted. Home Depot consistently puts their customers first. Kudos to you Home Depot.

Well organized and the staff were helpful. I was asked 3 times if I needed help finding something. I only gave 4 stars because this is one of the smaller HDs and the riding mower selection wasnt the best but I understand many may not be looking for that. Nevertheless it was a minimal selection, it was only outside in the heat so they could do better.

Today I was at Home Depot and received very poor customer service. I asked for help 4 times and each ti I was told. Okay, I will get your help. After waiting 15 minutes, I received no help. This is unacceptable and poor customer service. I left without making a purchase and will think twice before retuning.

No handicap motorized cart to use sales associates could not locate any only 2??? Did see 1 that a customer was using. Looked around store practically empt 6:30 pm at night. Very difficult to shop with no motorized cart. Bought a few things couldnt stay hurt too much (bad knees).

Went in to purchase a pressure washer hose and was asked about 4 times if I needed help from 4 different associates on the way to the right isle. This is 4 times higher than my visit to Lowes. Im going to have to shop here more often.

worst service ever. we made an appointment for a countertop. When we came in, we were told the person wouldnt be coming in. But they didnt know for sure, so could we just hang out for 30mins to see. we decided to go to Lowes instead.
