To Casselberry Home Depot I asked for assistance 3 times to check on some siding for my home....there were only 6 pieces that I could see. I asked a lady if she would check to see if anymore was available in stock. She said she called for someone to check for me..............25 min later asked another employee if he would check for me......he said he didnt have his phone on him to check but was going to get guy in charge of department for me.......30 min. later, not one person came to me.......went back to First Lady and asked her how I could get an answer if available........she said, she would try to call and get someone for me but everyone was tied up with other customers!!!!! I dropped everything else I was going to purchase, a staple gun, staples, nails, lumber, air compressor furring strips, paint, primer brushes tape and garbage bags.......... Ill gladly spend 1300.00 at Lowes............NEVER SO ANGRY AS YOUR EMPLOYEES MADE ME TODAY!!!! An hour and 35 minutes for absolutely nothing!!!!! I wish my wife and I never applied for your credit card..........

Excellent store. Workers are all knowledgeable and always willing to provide assistance. Store is always clean and well organized. And most impressive is Richard, the store Operations Manager. He is top notch and truly values his customers. I was in need of returning/exchanging a malfunctioning item that I needed for a time sensitive project. The item was one that the store did not keep in stock. I called the service desk and explained situation. I was transferred and I thought, here we go with transfer game of frustration, but that was not the case. I was immediately put into contact with Richard. I identified my self and explained my situation to him. Without hesitation he offered a resolution that more than met my expectations and it did not require me to spend additional money. When I arrived at the store Richard quickly responded to the overhead page and personally oversaw the exchange. It was quick, hasselfree and done with a smile. True customer service. Thank you Richard and the customer service staff.

Thank you so much JOE (interior door installation). I work overseas but wanted to begin renovations on my fathers house in Casselberry. My father said, Joe was on time, he was very friendly and extremely skilled. My father called me to say, "The hallway used to look like a back alley, It now looks like main street"....lol...dads sense of humor. I would like to thank Joe for his time, patience and his skill. My father told me, it took Joe over 6hrs to install the doors because the old doors and frames were in such disrepair, not to mention the age of the house and much custom work had to be done on the installation. Thank you again Joe, we will certainly be requesting you when it comes time to install the exterior doors (unless you hide from us...lol). AMAZING JOB! Y. McQuire (Paul R, Triplet lake)

After a bad experience at Lowes, I went to this Home Depot with my list. There was a gentleman named Wilmer Maldonado and I asked him directions as to where I could find these items. He told me I came to the right place and proceeded to take me and find what I had on my list. I am a senior lady and this was so wonderful. He made certain to find exactly what I needed. He could not be more helpful, more gracious and I was so thoroughly impressed. I got to speak to his boss and told him how customer friendly the store is. Even the cashier was helpful and friendly. I had to write this review and tell that now when I need something I will always come to Home Depot. Thank you.

I live in N. Carolina and was visiting my Mom who lives in Winter Park, Fla. We went to HD looking for a new fridge for her. Your associate, Jay, in appliances was wonderful.!! Fridge was delivered as promised, but turned out to be defective and a replacement was needed. In the meantime I had returned to N.C. Mom decided on an upgrade to replace the defective one. Jay was a great help to us. Thank heaven for telephones!! The new order for the upgrade was confusing...the fridge was to be delivered to Winter Park, but purchased from a N.C. address. Kudos to Jay and Casselberry Home Depot. Mom is delighted and so am I. Thank you Jay!!!

I enjoy shopping at home depot because I always feel I get a better deal than the other hardware stores. The staff are very helpful, too. Ive learned so much from the staff. Downside, those giant carts that I have to use for one little piece of wood that is to long for a standard shopping cart. I always hit my toes on the wheels when pushing it. The carts are difficult to move and some how i crash them into things just trying to get to the check out counter. Im one of those types of people that likes to spend time walking the Isle and I end up buying more when I do. I cant do that when I have to use the big carts.

Absolutely horrible, we bought a washer and dryer from this Homedepot and had payed extra to have the dryer door switched around to the other side. Im an Army Veteran with a bad back. I called on June 2nd and was told someone would be out in 24-48 hours. Its now June 6th and Im STILL waiting for it to be fixed. The paper they give you upon delivery has a customer support number on it and nobody seems to care that we spent nearly $2,000 and dont have what we payed for!

Store is ok for cleanliness considering it is a home improvement store. Items in stock are stocked nicely. I have had times where their app says they have X amount in stock but no one could find the product. Staff is ok, the ones that will help are awesome! Some will see you and walk away like they dont want to be bothered. I give 4 out of 5 because overall I can get what i want without help and its a quick trip.

I went in looking for air filters for my air conditioner and saw that they only used a made - up FPR scale to show the quality? Effectiveness? of the filters and not the industry standard MERV scale. Disappointed, I went to Lowes, where there using another contrived scale, MPR, but at least if you look closer to the filters themselves, you can see the MERV ratings, something they dont do in The Home Depot.

Finding what I need at the Home Depot is only an number away, easy labeling and available customer service reps on the floor; so far I have managed to be in and out. Cant say the same for Returns or Customer Service Desk, typically you would see 1-2 people helping 10 people and other times on the phone while we are waiting around; I would expect to see a quicker strategy in the near future.

Went to Home Depot the so called friendly helpful place I assumed A guy with the name Jeremy. Was neither helpful nor friendly he was giving me the wrong info knowing fully that the item I was looking for is in stock Beside he is discriminating against any color if you were not white. Blond with blue eyes. Then good lock. Jeremy will tell you we dont have it. What a bigitt
