Convenient location so I went there instead of Lowes. I asked directions to find a laundry room sink. I was given directions by two employees who both promised to be right over to help me. I waited about twenty-five minutes then started going up an down the isles looking for someone else to help. I found another employee already assisting someone else. I waited about five more minutes while the employee never acknowledged or made eye contact with me. Finally I found two other employees chatting and explained to them how long Id been waiting. they promised that theyre there to help. All I needed was for someone to get down the laundry sink from the top shelf where they were all stocked out of reach of the costumers. The two employees were in their twilight years and needed help themselves to get the ladder to get to the laundry room sink. By this it had been forty minutes since I found the sink and they still could not get the ladder over to get it down. By this time I could have been to Lowes and back which is what I ended up having to do leaving the seniors trying to find someone to help them. my suggestion to Home Depot would be to restock shelves regularly so customers have easy access to merchandise and would not sales help. ps. the store was not even busy no one was at the register checking out.

Terrible. Went on a Sunday morning, the store wasnt busy at all. Needed some fence pickets, all the ones on the floor were split or twisted so I asked someone to get someone to pull down some others from the rack above. Finally when someone came over they said they werent going to get any down, that they didnt have time for that! Disgusted I went to Lowes which is less convenient for me but the experience was so much better. Helpful staff, even helped me pick the best pickets. Another time I went for tiles for a house renovation. Several times I told them I wanted the same colour batch number. I ended up making 4 trips back and forth to sort out the mistakes from the people in flooring. When it came time to help load the tiles it took 30 minutes to find someone who didnt seem too happy he was being asked to stop wandering the parking lot and actually help a customer. Only reason for 2 stars is that some of the staff seem to try.

Very slow, no check out lanes open, everything running through self check out. Commercial check out was 15 deep and nobody did anything to speed up process. Poorly run store obviously management was off today or either they could care less. This is not the first time I have encountered this situation, not to mention the amount of product sitting on the floor to be put away, it was like a damn maze to get through the store. Looks like a flea market instead of a big box stores. If I ran my business that way I would not be in business. Maybe someone should open up a competitive store next to yours and see how well you do like a LOWES!!!!!

The fellow running the pro desk was a rude jerk. As me and associate approached the pro desk the attendant asked if we were ready to check out. We said yes we are. The clerk then turned around and got on the phone and ignored us completely for over ten minutes. I then asked to speak with the store manager. The store manager was really close by and responded right away. She asked what the issue was, and I explained. She then rang our items up and was very professional. We saw her have a little talk with the clerk after she was finished helping us. This guy should just clock out and go home for the day. He was a real moron.

Unlike everyone else, i called in advance, got great advice over the phone from a real person in the department i was looking for. When i went in the next day i got additional help locating my needs. One employee offered to spin my paint and have it waiting for me while i continued on to rentals where i did encounter a new employee who was polite and went out of his way to double check every step of the transaction which i actually appreciated and didnt find as an inconvenience. Over all i was pleased and got what i needed without a hiccup

I like the store, but I received terrible advice from the garden department. Was advised by an associate to buy grass seeds and fertilizer. The type they sold me completely burned and ruined my lawn. I didnt know this because it took a couple weeks to happen. I found out the next day because I went to get more and another associate said "no way, dont use that, it will destroy your lawn". 2 weeks later, it did. Dont buy under the opinion of one associate. I wasted $200 and burned my grass.

I go here all the time because its so close. The place is a dump. Carts all over the parking lot and none inside by the lumber where you need it. So it forces you to walk back outside and track down a lumber cart. I had a cart stolen from me in the store as well. The cashiers are lukewarm at best. No offense, but they seem really dense and seem confused by most tools. This place needs new management and an overhaul. Do yourself a favor and go to Lowes or Ace if its closer.

Hampton Bay ceiling fans. Limited lifetime warranty. Except at this Home Depot, where they insist it is 90 days. Ill just fight with their customer service on the phone and buy my replacement fan somewhere else. $300 fan. 15 months old and its dead and they wont honor the warranty even though its available online. I dont know if their customer service people just dont know any better or if they are under some kind of instruction, but Im way too irritated to find out.

We were refinishing a floor and when the rep for the area came by an employee who wasnt working in the area asked him if he could help us and he looked at us and said he didnt have a knife to cut the carpet and just left haha, Worst customer service ever. No help in any areas except the paint area where the guy is trapped behind the counter where he proceeds to recommend product that isnt right for the job and subsequently ruined our walls.. Dont shop here ever!

This place is a joke. Terrible customer service. The store is dead and you still cant get anyone to help you. Items are never stocked even though there is always plenty in the overflow. Carlos in mill works does know much more than mill work has something to do with wood. He was more worried about cleaning his desk then making sure I could get out of the store on a timely manner. Do yourself a favor and avoid this store.

The worst customer service. I had workers in my house laying tile. I needed two more containers I called to see if they had them and I was passed around to various departments for 20 minutes and then the phone hung up. I called back and could not get anyone to answer it went to hold. Why couldnt someone had taken the initiative and go and check for me instead of saying its not my department. They deserve no stars!
