Awesome store, great selection! Poor customer service!!!!!... As I was trying some boots on and sensors kept on beeping for some odd reason, this employee woman kept on giving me a look as if Im breaking/stealing something. (What happened to asking customers if they need some help?) Eventually she passed me by and gave me the loudest sight with eye-rolling. I was so upset I walked away without buying anything :-( ... this store is 1.5 hours away from where I live... Im coming back tomorrow with my daughter and I will give them another chance. Lets hope I will not need to lower my feedback to one star......... Continue: Good news... Todays experience was Soo much better that I changed my review to 5 stars!!! My daughter got boots and I got 8 baby chicks. Lady that was helping us was super sweet, knowledgeable and helpful!!! Thank you for great experience!!!!

I felt defeated by the over jealous employees who constantly strive to look better than me. I enjoy the pet section where i play with the toys and make inappropriate sexual gestures with them. Moving on to the gun counter where they will not sell me one because of my experience in prison. But overall it is my pleasure to make Rural King in New Philadelphia Ohio a better place for everyone by standing outside the front doors begging for change to score drugs.

Bad customer service in the New Philadelphia store! I went in to purchase a lawn mower and the employee in that area completely ignored me because she was too busy chatting with a friend. Then after i pay for my lawn mower the cashier said she would get me someone to help me load it in my car.....he apparently had better things to do and after waiting for awhile I finall managed to load it myself. Extremely poor customer service!

Worst customer service ever!!!!!!! I waited over 40 mins to get a load of feed. No body would help me, they all just starred at me. 2 girls were putting a couch together and kept talking as I stood their. Bullshit...I will never ever come back

Great prices, great selection, get all my pet food there. Great ammo prices. Car batteries are excellent deal. Would give 5 stars but sometimes you wait for help at gun counter or to get items loaded

I love this place and the store clerk made sure that l had a electric scooter to get around on. Being on crutches, this was a very polite thing to do when he didnt have too.

I went there to purchase a 3x leather motorbike jacket. They had nothing for fat guys. Otherwise the prices are great and the selection is nice.
