Worst condition Ive seen from a pet store. Many of the fish in fish tanks are dead and left as is. Also saw teddy bear hamster cage where instruction clearly shows the adults needing separate housing but one had TWO in it. In such cage labeled with male hamster, there were one with a dozen or so new babies being fed by an adult. Male hamsters feed their young? Usually, Ive seen petcos doing good care of pets in care but this Brea store should get a corporate visit.

The staff at this Petco go beyond any I have seen. They are knowledgable and not only work at this location, they are animal lovers. I appreciate the helpful folks here, especially the young lady with the long brown hair that has helped with her thoughts on dog nutrition and products. Thank you! Elle

Crowded, noisy, and poorly stocked. Staff is okay, but agreeing with the customer that the store is poorly stocked is not the same as solving the issue. Less pet adoptions and more shelf stocking, please.
