WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. I am a very loyal patron of PetSmart. Both my dogs have Wellness Plans through Banfield and attend the Doggie Day Camp 3x a week. I have never been to this location and after my experience will never be returning. Just rescued a 14 week old Maltese and was returning home with him and thought Id stop to get help with feeding and harness suggestions as I have a chihuahua and beagle. I walked around the store for a good 20 minutes trying to get help and NO ONE would even talk to me and instead I got eye rolls and 2 of the workers were talking very rudely about me having a "purse dog". Here I just rescued this baby that was about to be put down and they were caught up on his size rather than helping me. I approached a lady with short blue/purple hair and she completely turned and walked the other way. Then it turns out she was the one ringing up my purchase and she ignored me and talked to the woman in line behind me the entire time. Worst experience ever at a PetSmart and Im very disappointed. Would rate 0 stars if I could.

I have gone here about weekly since getting kittens. The people are always very friendly and very helpful. Ive called them on the phone and had them hold certain items for me at the front when I was in a rush to get home to my kittens after surgery, and theyve also been able to point me towards products that would help for a given situation. My only complaint is their selection of cat food. They dont carry Natural Balance Platefulls, or Chicken Soup for the Kitten Lovers Soul, and other things Ive gone in there wanting to try. Ive had to go to Kahoots in Huntington Beach for that, but thats okay. Ive switched to Kahoots cat food and just buy it in 30 lb bags so I dont need to go often, then get the wet food online. I mostly use Petsmart for litter, bags for waste, toys, carriers, and other accessories.

A decent store, I go primarily for aquarium suplies and I am satisfied with their good, though limited, selection. Very minor mark up on supplies when compared to online or specialty stores (i guess its the conviniece fee:-P ). The fish variety is great, and there are many species at this store that you wont find at any other chain, even another petsmart. Staff is very helpful, patient and professional, though they sometimes seem to lacking in knowledge when presented with more difficult scenarios, but does seem to try their best in making sure you make the right purchase. The manager is very kind and professional, and seems to be out and actively helping coustomers much more than other comparable stores.

2 years later i still bring my bath loathing nail trim hating westie to petsmart :) special shout out to barringtons groomer axel because: 1. he makes barrington look like a million bux (no joke, people compliment him on his fur cut ALL. THE. TIME. 2. hes the only groomer that can deal with barringtons stubbornness. 3. always has a positive attitude and smile on his face even though barrington is probably his toughest client. like i said, groomer match made in petsmart. this is also my preferred petsmart location if it means i have to drive extra far. everyone is super nice here!

I like their selection and staff is always friendly but they have a habit of raising the price on things I frequently purchase by as much as 25% out of the blue. And I usually find out by seeing the items on sale for the what was once the non sale price, which is a bit of a kick in the nads. They have some good text blasts, but again, they tend to send them immediately after I purchased the things they have on sale, which isnt very helpful.

After reading the recent tragedy about the death of Colby, a labrador who died in the pet dryer at PETCO in Viirginia, I thought it would be appropriate to extend my families condolences. I have a wonderful groomer named Sharkey at PETSMART in Costa Mesa, who cares for my shihpoo. I can count on professional and attentive care every time I visit. Thank you PETSMART for keeping my pet safe!!!

I have been coming here for dog training once a week and have really enjoyed and have seen a big difference in my pup already. The trainer, Sunny, is excellent. The rest of the staff have always been very friendly and helpful in finding a toy that my dog can chew up in one night. Thanks!!

Great for picking up some quick treats and toys for your pet however the grooming salon is unorganized and overpriced for the mediocre work they do. I had to wash my dog when I got him home from a bath at their grooming salon.

I love shopping at this place, a wide variety of items for all kinds of pets. They have dog training classes, a groomer and they have pet adoptions on some weekends.
