The service is always exemplary and the employees friendly. BUT, the information is not always correct. I have been a professional dog trainer for over 40 yes, have shown dogs, I managed a pet supply store and have been a sales rep for a dog food company. Today I went in to the store at the on Hamilton looking for flea shampoo for my 4 large dogs. I was a little frustrated by the lack of large containers or a concentrated product. When I inquired if they carried either at one of the larger stores I was informed that I did not need flea shampoo to kill fleas. I was told to just use any shampoo and the fleas would drown. Having bathed and groomed standard poodles for the show ring since the 1980s I can attest that a normal shampoo will not kill fleas. I will continue to purchase food here but will order other supplies from a warehouse.

Best lil homegrown pet store in the area! Very helpful and knowledgeable staff, already pleasant too! They have many items you wont find anywhere else. Prices are competitive and much more variety than the corporate stores. Two paws up!
