The place is clean and the staff is nice. It does lose some points for their fish care and professional look. When we went there their minnows were under watch and unavailable for sale due to ick. I understand if they got some sick ones in a shipment, but other tanks had fish swimming slowly and turning upside down constantly. A lack of cleaning probably explains this. Other than that, lack of uniformity amongst staff makes them look like customers and lends to a less professional atmosphere when compared to the other major pet store.

I used t be A Born To Die Petco Shopper until I was ready to purchase a 4th 6 tall, sturdier type, tree house for my cat. When I asked an employee for assistance, I was told there was no one to help me & if I found a tree house I liked, just bring it up front to checkout. Every since then, PETCO CAN KISS MY ASS BECAUSE ILL NEVER STEP FOOT IN ANOTHER PETCO STORE AS LONG AS I BREATH. So, NO, Petco is not a good place to buy anything that your pets may require. Shop at Pet Smart if you want terrific customer service.

Not the best pet store but far from the worst. They lose a point in terms of cleanliness of the animal cages sometimes but thats about it. The employees have always been helpful whenever I was shopping there. They know what theyre talking about and if they dont, they always find someone that is more familiar with the matter. Prices are reasonable (especially during sales) and its great for quick supply runs for your pet.

Petco consistently has some of the most disgusting bathrooms around. Management says theyll take care of it but usually nothing gets cleaned. Today this petco had blood and feces all over a toilet in the womens restroom and it still wasnt cleaned up an hour after I brought it directly to the managers attention. If this is how they maintain their bathrooms, I can only imagine how dirty the store must be.

Their website states Petco has a price match guarantee. We walk in and ask the girl employee if its true at this location, shes says no. We did not buy anything and went to Petsmart instead. They price matched AND had more items in stock. Also, the item we wanted to price match was $10 cheaper at Petsmart anyways. Petsmart, youve got a new customer!

This is the first time I left Petco grooming extremely happy. Took my chihuahua to get a nail trim, and Elsa did an excellent job. Her experience with & love for dogs is much appreciated!! :)

This is one of the best PetCo stores to buy pet mice, habitats, and supplies. The staff is helpful and friendly when I am in the store, and when I call with questions.
