I called the store and spoke to an associate asking if I could exchange a tank because it was spilling but I explained that I had no receipt and she said it was fine. When I was in line an employee asked if I had a return and I said exchange, as I stsrted explaining what I wanted to do and even though I was told I could get an exchange, he cut me off saying that the tank had been manufactured in 2013 whatever that means. I knew for a fact I didnt have the tank for that long. He paged a manager on his walkie talkie while telling her what I wanted to do even before she got to the register, he was being so rude to me. Finally I get the manager and he started talking before me, so I went ahead and started recording him, and he puts his hand in front of me saying " I dont give you permission to record me" I said " legally I have the right to" I told the manager how I wanted an exchange and she said " sorry there is NOTHING I CAN DO" umm really you rather lose a customer than try to give me a discount to buy another one. They act like 10%-15% is gonna make them go out of businnes. I ended up calling cororate and I also got nothing from them. This location sucks and the employees SHOULD WEAR A NAME TAG AT ALL TIMES!

The two gentlemen that were chatting apparently failed to notice that I was pacing between 3 aisles trying to find something, but had no problem asking random customers as they walked by if they needed help. It also doesnt take 2 people to answer one question while you see a customer patiently waiting to ask you something for over 5 minutes. Never again.

I was buying some fish and this guy dropped one on the ground I told him that I dont want that fish he gets mad and star talking thrash the only reason I stay calm was because of my wife been there he thinks he knows better than those that been taking care of fish for the Las 23 years

The sales associate shane in the back was very helpful. And went out of his way to find exactly what we were looking for.. i dont remember the cashiers name, but we bought over $450 with of supplies for our new puppy and he saved us $50 in coupons from there coupon book

This store has a poor dog training program. I payed about six months ago for a service I never received, the trainer never called me back even after I called several times and left messages. I would not recommend this store to anyone.. bad customer service

The policy is once you pass 60 days you cant return the item but after he heard me out about my problem he said it was alright he saved me money and was extremely friendly I know Ill be a costumer for life.

They have a great crew that is friendly and knowledgeable. But try to do some research before coming over. Dont spend 45 minutes asking basic questions you can google about fish.
