Customer service is horrible. Store is way understaffed and it shows in the people that are trying to run it. Corporate America bean counters. The problem is they cant do it but on paper it looks good. When they lose customers and sales tank they are all dumb founded and cant understand what happened. Seen it all the time look at Kmart and Sears and Hh Greg etc.
