I really want to give it a better rating, because I do like the staff and they are knowledgeable about their departments. Unfortunately the last round of fish I purchased all seem to have parasites, both internal and external. They presented healthy at the store, but had ich the next day and soon after began defecating clear worms. Im an experienced fishkeeper so they were in an iso tank that I hit with internal and external parasite medications but the bottom line is that I shouldnt have to. Of course some died after the guarantee wore off... Again, the fish staff are friendly, knowledgeable, and did their job correctly. Petsmart needs to bring in some healthy fish, though. I dont like spending $20 on fish and then having to use rather expensive medications on them to hope a few of them make it.

I have never had a problem with the staff and the grooming area is awesome. Sandy always takes great care of my Beagle and listens to my concerns..Give these people a break they spend 10 hours a day bathing dogs on top of the normal headaches by working in Retail. Lets face it and I will be the first to stand up dog owners can be kind of demanding.. they will not always have a smile on their face but when I pick her up she smells nice and is always happy.. Also if your main complaint is the food maybe you are looking for a brand perticular to a store like Ol Roy which is a wal-mart brand. They carry specailty brands that you would not find in Meijjer or other stores if you cant find what you want....go across the street.

Ive not had any problems with PetSmart. They have always been very helpful. They really love to help you pick out your first pet or your first fish. They really explain what fish can go together and will get along. The personnel that work for PetSmart are very helpful and will help you find what you are looking for. If you have a question, they try their best to answer it, or if they can not they will find someone who will know the answer.

All is OK with this store, staff is great! My only complaint is the selection of science diet dog food is shrinking big time every time I visit! This is a problem for me as its all my 4 year old dog has ever eaten and Im not going to change because the store decides they dont want to sell it anymore. I will go elsewhere when his food disappears from their shelves! That is why the 3 star rating, otherwise I would give 5 stars!

I went to pick up my dog from the groomers and while there the groomers were bad mouthing customers from the day before.. little did they know one of the customers they were talking about happened to be my neighbor whos dogs has a very strange name.. there prices are way to high so we have all switched to Animal Arts in Noblesville.. they do a better job.

Decent reptile accessory selection, but staff isnt very knowledgeable about proper reptile husbandry. Any first-time reptile keepers coming in looking for advice risk causing considerable problems for their new pet! (Note: I suspect that setup suggestions are made based purely upon stock kept in the store, which is not appropriate for all species.)

This store generally has good stock and the employees are kind. There is always a line, however, and they often dont appear to have enough people working the checkout lanes. Usually it is only 1 person. Onsite Banfield support staff could be more patient and knowledgeable.

Unfortunately, as usual, they are out of product. I have run into this issue more times than I can count. I need to learn this lesson and purchase more dog food a week before the existing bag runs out. Waiting until there are just a few days of food left in the bag.

Code was most helpful with a chewable for my dog to help with my dog breath. He likes to eat goose poop and this chewable, Cody, says will help detract from that desire. Maybe its just to keep the dog occupied. No matter what, I hope it works!!!

Nice selection, friendly staff. Before we had our own cat wed pop in to see and interact with the very cute kittens they generally have up for adoption. I wish they carried Dr. Elseys litter but otherwise we get all our cat needs from here!

I would have to agree with other reviewers that the staff at this location is rude. The store is frequently out of the type of dog food that we need. Hopefully the store management will be able to get the customer service issues resolved.

A floor associate told me that they had a toy sale, buy 2 and get a 3rd free, going on. When I checked out the register did not ring this up. She indicated that I must not have picked the correct toys to get the sale price.

Pretty standard. Had a grooming done here on my dog. Wasnt bad, wasnt stellar, grooming staff seems over worked but tried to be as friendly as possible.

In the grooming section I spoke with Macy and she was extremely rude and complaining about other coworkers to me. I will NOT be coming back.
