My wife ordered a washer and dryer from this store. It was delivered on May 20th while I was here. After the delivery guys left, I noticed several dents in the dryer door. I called the store and the person there told me the owner would call me back and offer to replace the dryer or give me store credit, etc. I never heard from the owner. A couple of weeks later, I went by the store, and was told to email some pictures of the door and given an email address to send them to. I did so, and again, never heard from Sears. I followed up a week later with another email, again, crickets from Sears. I then went by the store a couple of weeks later and was assured the owner would call me that day. That was last Friday, and still nothing. So, I have filed a complaint against this Sears with the corporate HQ. I will let you know if I hear anything.
