Was in this store today for a Kenmore refrigerator filter replacement. No sales person to be found, 8 people at 2 registers and a problem with one of the cashiers. When the cashier called for help, another employee refused and said "he was with a customer", who by the way was nowhere to be seen. Someone in line said "there are a lot of people here who have been waiting a long time" and the employee told him to "take your complaint to the manager". UNREAL!! They did not have their own replacement part in stock which is unacceptable. Not the first time ive had problems with this store. Wont go there again. So sad as they used to be a decent store.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS STORE!!! They call themselves a Sears Outlet store, some sell tool some dont BUT YOU HAVE NO WAY OF KNOWING THIS... SO THE CONSUMER HAS TO GUESS WHAT THE STORE SELLS!! No wonder Sears is FAILING!!! its evidenced by the POOR LEADERSHIP FROM THE TOP down to the MANAGER who does not care and is NOT HELPFUL AT ALL!!! Ill give this store another SIX months IF THAT to be in business...Oh and by the way is sears managment even reads this review...try calling your store and see how many attempts it takes to get somebody to answer the phone... SEARS you were a decent organizations once no you can rest in peace!!!

purchased an item via the sears outlet website to be picked up in Phoenixville - when I arrived, the staff had no knowledge of my order and told me they did not carry the product. from floor worker up to manager, I received no explanation of what happened. its two months later and I am still receiving bills for the item that apparently doesnt exist. when I called sears customer service, they explained the store would need to handle the cancellation of the item...why did they not tell me this at the time?? no communication, no help, no courtesy--second guess them and they become very confrontational-beware!

Went shopping for an electric dryer and waited for assistance. There were 3 different sales people assisting one couple. 3 other people in the store browsing. Went to a cashier and asked for assistance thus stating its not my department. She didnt refer me to someone else. She went back to her register and another sales woman went to the back of the store leaving us with no one. We left the store discussed. Sears continues to loose customers and you wonder why? The rating should be minus 5 stars!

Since being bought out by K-Mart this store has gone downhill. Not that it was that stellar to begin with, but it was convenient. Its quite hard to find anyone thats willing to help, and if you snag someone youre more than likely to get "I dont work in that department." And whats up with their website? You place a search and then get results for everyone selling it on the web except Sears. Glad that Ace Hardware has opened a store on Rt 113. My stress level has gone down considerably.

Finally got a chance to stop in here since the made the switch from Sears Hardware to Sears Outlet. They have a bunch of everything that the regular Sears stores carry, but at much cheaper prices. Im guessing they are items that just werent selling at the store, or are an older model. Lots of appliances in here, as well as exercise equipment. I only had a few minutes to look around, but will update this review once I get more time to search through.

This store has truly came a long way. U absolutely love it! The store is always clean, apparel is always organized and in order. Also, this one particular cashier by the name of Adrienne (associate#991679) is very professional, friendly and informative about the sales in the store. There is not a time that I didnt receive a great shopping experience.However, Google needs to update info and change to Outlet since it is no longer a hardware store!!

I dont know how they stay in business. I walked into the store today for a tool battery replacement. No one offered to help. The manager saw me, ignored me and went back to his desk area. I asked a cashier and she was so unfriendly. Amazing. No thank you. No smile. It must be a horrible place to work. Im going to Ace from now on!

the only thing worse than an incompetent employee is an incompetent employee with an attitude... there is a manager that works here who should be fired for her rude, doltish approach to customer service and complete lack of familiarity with the products. also, the online pricing/inventory is a farce-dont waste a trip there...

Worst store ever!!! The store is closing because they are so horrible. All of the appliances were faulty and non-functional. I paid for installation and they broke my outlet. Then, I had to take several days off to get a new microwave. I ask for my money back but the store closed and no one will answer the phone.

PROS: Prices are excellent. For the limited size of the store compared to the big name competitors, selection is fairly good. Carries practically everything, just with fewer choices than the competition. CONS: Help is sometimes sparse, paint counter only offers limited selection of brands, gloss, etc.

Great price on my gas range. Hardly anyone working there. Those that do work, work their tails off. But the short staffing problem is so bad... so bad. No one answers phones. Only one at a time can he helped. Great prices, if you can spend an hour and can deal with the frustration

Love this store! An associate met us just inside the door and helped us find exactly what we needed. Apparently, the store is now under new management, which is probably why our experience is so different than what was reported in all the old reviews.

Make sure when buying a washer you make sure all parts of there, the washer I purchased was missing a lid sensor to start the washer, also the water inlet valve had to be replaced after two weeks.

I was looking for a refrigerator and was helped on the phone and in person very well by Joan. Great prices and they offered pretty quick delivery. Would buy but didnt have a fridge to fit my specs.
