I have attempted to procure repair work on an appliance when first moving to the area a few years ago and was told they couldnt help because I hadnt purchased the product from them. I thought that as a potential customer, they would want to be more accommodating. Another time, most recently, I contacted them to purchase and install a new dishwasher but was told they wouldnt deal with the type that would fit into that space. Very disappointed that they struck out twice with me. Dont think that I would make a third attempt.

All I can say is EXCELLENT!! Bruce and Susan run a top notch business... Absolute pleasure to deal with... Very knowledgeable about all products and steer you in the right direction... Dont bother going to these big corporate stores because you will not get the same customer service!! And besides the Prices are great if not better than the big stores!! Thank you, thank you

They are a mom and pop store and the owner Bruce Is very moody! He gets upset and will tell you that he wont help you if he gets insulted. Things that insult him are unpredictable!!!!
