I just bought my first house, and it’s a complete renovation. Needless to say, it’s a little overwhelming! After spending hours and hours attempting to research and shop at the usual big box stores (thinking that it would save me money), I finally listened to my mom and visited Ferguson… The entire experience was absolutely fantastic! There was no pressure as we walked through the impressive showroom; every once in a while, someone would just check in to see if we were still doing alright. First, we just wanted to get the lay of the land and make sure that we were even in the right place – and that I could afford it! Eventually, Mark Chuckney came up to us, and his timing was perfect. Mark wasn’t pushy – he was very well-informed and patient in explaining the different product lines and styles, and he was conscious and considerate of my budget. Occasionally he would point out some items which he would spend more money on (kitchen faucet) and some items which he would spend less money on (powder room fan), really making an effort to maximize the value of my budget. Mark was also very helpful in narrowing down my style, which is awesome when you’re feeling overwhelmed and simultaneously adore everything and nothing. With Mark’s assistance, I chose just about every single component of my new kitchen and 2.5 bathrooms in under three hours, and felt confident in what I was buying. Ferguson as a business in general also has a fan for life in me. I loved that I could climb in the bath tubs to see how I fit and whether they were comfortable, and that I could jiggle faucet handles, etc. The receptionist kept us stocked in coffee and bottled water, and even offered us some peppermint bark, which was very sweet. I was surprised that Ferguson was in my budget, too – while they definitely carry the very high-end fixtures, they also have plenty to choose from for a more conservative budget. (Although I’ll confess, I did overbuy on a few things because I just couldn’t resist!) I price-checked them online and against the big box stores, and they were actually pretty close on most items – slightly more on some, slightly less on others – but Mark’s expertise, being able to actually see and touch everything, and getting in and out so quickly more than made up for any price differences to me. I’ve been meaning to write this review since I left there, but what finally motivated me to sit down and do it right this moment was Mark’s continued customer service after the sale. I won’t go into the details, but I had an issue with my contractor on something which he helped sort out, and he’s helping me switch out a couple of items which will no longer work since plans have changed. It’s wonderful to be able to just go directly to him and have faith that he’ll help me work it out. I highly recommend Ferguson and Mark Chuckney – although you don’t have to, you should try to make an appointment with him ahead of time since he’s definitely worth waiting for! Both Ferguson and Mark have a customer for life in me, and I’ll definitely be returning to them for my next house and any future needs. June 2017 Edit: Its been about eight months since my first experience at Ferguson. Both Ferguson as a company and Mark in particular continue to give me incredible customer service, long after the big sale. They have truly given me peace of mind and made my life easier, and when youre renovating a house, those two things are priceless. Thanks again, yall!

My wife and I are currently building a house and needed to get our appliances for the kitchen. I went to sears, Lowe’s, Home Depot, and East coast before being referred to Fergusson. I’m glad I went! Not only did Paige provide me the lowest prices I had found, her customer Service was unparalleled. The showroom is absolutely beautiful. I can’t wait to have the house finished so we can enjoy our beautiful kitchen aid kitchen and bar!

Worst customer service ever. We walked in needing a new tub, and all new bathroom hardware at 4:40, 20 min before closing. The lady behind the counter told us they already announced closing and we had to be out by 5. Nobody helped us, or even asked us if we needed help for that matter. 2-3 sales people walked by us, 2 of them started talking to each other. It was a very rude experience. We took our money elsewhere.
