The female that works here that called the first time was extremely short and rude when setting up an appointment, appointment was made for over a week after Aarons had contacted them twice asking them to fix the washer that was being leased through them. This woman got mad and hung up on me when I asked for an earlier or different appointment as I had a doctors appointment for the day they wanted to come here. The repair man came out 1/15/2016 and said he would call and be back shortly with the parts to fix it. I called Aarons after waiting 2 weeks for them to come back and had the washer and dryer swapped out for a working set as they couldnt get ahold of Country Wide Appliance Service for an answer either. Today, over 3 and a half weeks of waiting, this woman called back and again being extremely short and rude on the phone from the minute I answered my phone, to say they had they parts and when I said Aarons already swapped them out and this mad her mad again, she snapped on me on the phone and hung up on me. Do not use this company unless you want some angry woman on a psychotic kick to scream at you at the crack of dawn for something they did wrong. Extremely disgusted by this business display of ethics and character. They deserve negative stars but unfortunately have to give them a 1 star.

One of the few places you can still call to have in-home service on any of your major home appliance. They will have an experience service tech schedule within a couple days. Most repairs will allow for a financially worthwhile investment to expand the useful life of your appliances. Yet in a day and age when many people are trying to maintain vintage appliances, this classic appliance repair shop seems to have totally disregarded this potential repair market and are often not able to work on older models. Also, with a number specialized appliance parts distributors selling through The Internet, specializing in vintage parts, you would think that a business associated with appliance repair would be a direct access to this vintage parts market. Yet, the part department is unfamiliar with the vintage appliance parts market and is unwilling to even consider searching. They are willing to install a part you might be able to find using your own time to search. I believe this business is missing out on an important market of vintage appliance repairs.

I recently bought a new house. The insinkerator garbage disposal had a faulty switch. I called insinerator and gave them the serial number. They told me it was covered under warranty and to call County Wide appliance for service. I then called County wide and gave them the serial number again. I also told her there was a sticker on the side of the unit stating when it was installed and gave her that date. I told her that my husband had already figured out the problem so if there was a chance it would not be covered under warranty to let me know. She said it would be covered unless it was operator error or faulty electric etc. When the County wide tech came he found exactly what my husband already knew, that the switch was bad, but he informed me that the unit was two months out of warranty. I had just spoke with the sales person a week prior to book the appointment and I feel I was mislead. I am not happy and will not be calling County Wide again.

I called to have my GE fridge services. I had a problem making ice. So the guy gets to my house... 4 hours later then I was told. Which I understand things happen, its life. The part that burned me was he opened the fridge door and said "hmmm looks like you need a new control board and couple fans". Between the service call and the parts he wanted to order the quote came to well over 500 dollars. All for ice cubes. I called another place, the guys got to my house on time and fixed the problem in 15 mins for 79.99. I asked them about the parts and supplies the county wide guy said I needed and I was told "theres no way you would put that much money into this fridge, he was hoping he could take you for a 500 dollar ride" AVOID AT ALL COSTS

The busyness of this company seems apparent from the get go. On the other hand, having Bosch Refrigerator has limited us to service from this company. This is made heavy by the subpar attitude of a female associate in the parts department. She talks on the phone with a noncaring attitude and impatient approach, bordering on disrespect. Does this reflect emplyee satisfaction in this company? Or, are does customer satisfaction a thing of the past? We are hoping these reviews are read by the owner or manager of this store. This is sad. If not remedied or corrected soon, your store customer flow will be affected.

I had them come out to look at my dryer. it needed a new gas valve and igniter. i waited over a week for them to get parts than a few more days for them to "come out" to fix it. they called and said theyd be there between 9-11:30, I gave it until 12:30 before calling. theyd completely forgot about me!!!! I stayed home all morning for them to NEVER show up or even call!!! I DO NOT recommend using this company. call someone reliable, Ill be getting my parts online and theyll be delivered after than this company could even get them, what a joke! $80 bucks down the drain.

Called County Wide on three separate occasions, each time the first available appointment was two days out, $75.00 service fee. Used them once, service was acceptable, tech arrived on time. The other two times I went with a local owner operated business. Each time I was able to speak directly with the owner, not a call agent. Owner performed work, not an employee who received OJT. Neither of them charged a service fee, just time for labor. Recommend that you call one of the highly rated, owner operated businesses that are listed on Google rather than County Wide.

After spending two days searching a 60 mile radius for a gas dryer, we stopped here as a last resort. Upon entry, the front gentleman greeted us and started us on our search. Within 30 seconds, the owner was assisting us. We found a brand new Samsung set that we wanted. The discount was 70% off of what other big box stores were asking for the lower model. The owner and repair man loaded it up for us and we are on our way. I will be a lifetime shopper. Customer service was exceptional.

Pleasantly surprised with the service and know how at County Wide. I was looking for a common dryer part that i found is only available by order from the big box stores. I explained what I thought my issue was and what I needed to Joel at the counter. He discussed what he thought it really could be...he ended up being correct and saved me over $30 in parts in I didnt need. Thanks Joel and County Wide.

Called to ask how I could tell if my refrigerator was leaking freon. Lady that answered the phone said there was no way. She wouldnt have said one more thing to me if I didnt keep asking questions. She didnt seem like she wanted to be bothered even speaking with someone. Curt, abrupt, and wanted me off the phone. Wont be using them for anything.
