This is the worst (BAD)service company in Virginia Beach/Norfolk Virginia area. They have been to our home 7 time to fix our refrigerator (the refrigerator is new from Frigidaire we had it 1 month and the problem began) we still have the same problems after the guy comes out and supposedly fix it. They dont answer there Office phone they dont order your parts when they supposed to. They dont return your call after you leave them a recording (message). Just plan ignore you. Finely came out and put the new part on and the same problem is still there.. DO NOT USE. At Your Door Appliance. The dont deserve one star but it the only way to wright this review. The Service guy ordered parts put them on come back to the same problem orders the same parts again... We got a new company VA APPLIANCE REPAIR SPECIALIST the man is Factory Authorized Service. He came out and knew the problem right away order the parts and fix out frigidaire.. At Your Door Appliances is a joke they need close there doors. The mom, was in the office she was so rude over the phone. The new guy in the office just ignore you.

I have a New Maytag Dishwasher that stopped working after 3 weeks of use. After calling Maytag , they entered a service call with "AT YOUR DOOR APPLIANCE SERVICE" Linda called me the night before to let me know that one of their technicians would call me before 10:30 AM The the next morning to pin down the visit. I took off work and waited until 11:30 AM. No answer and no call back. I tried again at 2pm and again at 3:30PM, left messages after all calls. No one showed up or called me. I called Maytag "pissed off" at 6:30 pm and explained the situation. Their representative tried the company with no results. I had Maytag send out another company to resolve the problem with my 3 week old dishwasher, now another 10 days has to go by in order to fix my issue. Dont call these jokers. Dont waist your time as I did.

Initially I gave this company a poor review due to poor communications. I was quite surprised to have the owners get involved and handle this personally and professionally .They resolved my issues and concerns in a timely manner. They had an incorrect number...it happens. Thank you Shaun and Linda both for youre involvement and assistance. I would recommend this company in the future.

Its near impossible to get a hold of someone, like the other reviews have said. I had a repair done on my fridge a couple of months ago and that same part again doesnt work. I was hoping for better than a 2 month fix... Im not sure if they guarantee their work or not. So far not very happy.

extremely satisfied with the performance of my Dryer after Billy Came From At Your Door Appliance to fix it. He came out on time, had to order the part. It Took the exact amount of time he said it would for the part to come in. Now we are drying clothes couldnt be happier.

I have utilized this family-owned company for years, and they are absolutely fantastic! They are responsive, arrive on-time, clean up after themselves and are reasonably priced. And they work on all kinds of appliances. I highly recommend them!!!!!

They are very unprofessional. You can barely reach them by phone. During operating hours you have to leave phone messages - never to have your call returned. It took 3 weeks for a part to be ordered and then it was the wrong part.

Will not call you back when they say they will. Tell you that a part is coming one week, only to make the same promise for the next week. Frigidaire and At Your Door just keep you hanging. They could care less.

What can I say they answer there phone once out of every 10 times you call, during normal business hours. They say they will call right back, they never once called me back. Not sure how they stay relevant.
