Every experience is better than the one before. Most recently, I stopped in with a clogged Miele vacuum and they fixed it on the spot and wouldnt charge me. Weve also bought our stove, washer, dishwasher and refrigerator from Martins. Their salespeople are helpful and not pushy. They give water and snacks to my family while I shop. Their installers are very knowledgeable and courteous and clean up after themselves. To install my dishwasher a few years ago, Martins had to re-plumb some of my outdated kitchen at the last minute (which they probably dont want advertised here ...sorry!) but they did it quickly and well and without charge and made me very happy.

My wife had a significant birth injury and we were desperate for a recliner. Janice took great care of us and had an appliance guy deliver a brown recliner two days later- on a Saturday! Due to the speed of this transaction, they did not have the specific color we wanted in stock. We wanted gray tone. Janice again surprised us by allowing us to "rent" our brown recliner until the gray one we ordered came in. I am absolutely please with the comfort of the recliner and the willingness of the staff to go out of their way to help my family in a very stressful season! I would highly recommend this company!

Best shopping experience ever at Martins yesterday. Our fridge broke, went to Martins to replace it, bought a new one and it was delivered all in one day. On top of that, I price checked and it was cheaper than Sears. I will always buy my appliances from Martins!!

Bought a washer and dryer here. They installed and did a fantastic job. Would highly recommend. They may cost a bit more, however, they are not pushy for the sale and extremely nice to deal with. Thats worth the extra as far as Im concerned.
