I recently looked at lawn mowers at your store with my dad on a Friday afternoon. I we had some general questions about the mowers and went to the customer service desk for some help. They called someone from lawn and garden to assist us. The gentleman who showed up was not able to answer either of the first 2 basic questions I had. He said he would have to ask someone else! We were still at the customer service desk so I asked them to please send someone that could answer questions about the mowers. Another gentleman showed up and it was obvious he didnt want to take the time to help us make a selection and he just disappeared . Thats when Rodney showed up and took the time to answer various questions we had, provided some helpful insight from his own personal experience, and explained the process for truck rental so we could avoid the $75 delivery charge. We purchased the mower and made a plan to pick it up the following Monday. When I called to arrange pick up of the rental truck and mower, again I spoke with Rodney in the Rental Dept. Something came up and I couldnt arrange pick up until Tuesday. Thats when Rodney offered to bring the mower to me! He very kindly offered the service, he said, "To make up for the initial frustration in getting help with making a selection last week". When he arrived (within the hour!) with the mower, he brought along Joe, from Lawn and Garden, who had full working knowledge of how the mower operated and gave me a quick lesson in operating it. I offered to pay/tip them for their great service but they both declined. Real, friendly, knowledgeable, and caring customer service from these two gentleman! I am hoping this review will not go unnoticed by Home Depot! Thanks! ~Pat B

I paid for the measurements of a patio door $30.00 They came and measured my door. I also bought a front screen door. The chain to hold the door was not installed so when the wind blows the door swings. And I do not want them to install my patio door now. I called and asked for the measurements so I can go to somewhere else and get a good door. They will not give me my measurements. I paid $30.00 for my measurements and he refuses to give it to me. NO MORE BUSINESS FROM ME!! I WILL BUY A PLANT FROM EDGEWOOD MD. HOME DEPOT, NEVER ANY INSTALLATIONS. BEWARE!!

Service is unbelievable. We left Lowes after an hour wait in line in the kitchen and appliance section. Went 5 minutes down the road to home Depot and was met by Lexie at the end of the isle. She guided us through our entire shopping ex1. In and out in 15 minutes. No line at the checkout. I love this store. And this is Saturday at noon!

Great Customer Service in store and on the phone. The Home Depot app lets you navigate any store and know whether or not a product is there. I have gone here since February 16 because of convenience and reliability. They also have contractor pick up, tool rental and gardening areas as well as self checkout.

This is a Home Depot. You find things here which you would expect, and some other stuff you may not, such as decorations and a limited quantity of electronics. Their vendor services could be better, but I dont hold it against the store.

I would shop here more if the quality of their wood was better. Hard to find a straight board and they never through out the trash boards that are so bend and damaged they are unusable.

Hard to get help some times, wish staff was a little more helping. Prices are a little high, so sometimes its better to go to white marsh for supplies.
