To be brutally honest, at first glance, the place definitely wasnt very appealing. I stopped by here after a recommendation from a friend. The a/c was broken the day I went in (a few weeks ago) so it was really hot. Its set up like a big warehouse - no frills or whistles here. The associates apparently are not "sales-driven" like other outlets, such as East Coast appliance, etc. because there is no one walking the floors and constantly bugging you to see if you need help or information. On the other hand, the prices at this place cant be beat. The clothing is marked down from $2 to $9, and jackets are $20 or $25. The prices on the appliances are pretty amazing as well. Ive bought a ton of clothing from here and also an awesome KitchenAid cooktop. I havent had any problems with anything Ive purchased from here nor from any of the associates. Everyone has been very friendly so far.

This place is HORRIBLE. DO NOT spend your money here, the customer service is TERRIBLE. Gosh I spent over $2000 at this place, and all of my items were new, and when they were delivered they were all DAMAGED and BROKEN. When I called the assosicates working where rude and easily just blew me off, it took days to actually speak to the manager! What a hassel this entire situation has been. I honestly thought "great an outlet store, more bang of my buck" DONT be fooled like me, yours and my money is better spent someone else where the items actually work and the customer service isnt crap!

I saw an item online advertised as new. I called the store and the price and status was verified by Eddie, an employee. I told him I am coming from 45 mins away. When I arrived the item was in used condition and damaged. I looked around the store and notice a lot of the items looked used but they have them priced at "new" prices from competitors. I dont support shady establishments.

Was told we could go to Greenbrier mall to get a washer and dryer at the same price as the outlet ( we were told the set we looked at was only available at Sears). Not true!! They would not honor the outlet price ( only a $50 difference) we bought it anyway. Please train your employees with the correct information.

Very poor experience. I walked out after looking for a washer and dryer because not one person working in the store acknowledged we were there. I went elsewhere and spent a nice amount of money. If you arent going to treat me as if my money is valued, I will keep it in my pocket

Its a scratch and dent store, adjust your expectations. Use consumer reports dot org as a guide for prices and quality and you can score great deals. The price on each appliance drops every week it sits there. Be patient and lucky and you can score big discounts.
