I called Friday spoke to a very nice woman named Ann she told me she would hold a part for me until Tuesday because it was a used part if it ended up not working she would refund my money. Called on Monday to let them know I was coming to pick it up and her husband answered wouldnt let me finish one sentence. Told me I was wrong about what part I needed when I finally spoke over him and explained to him what was actually going on with the washer he agreed that I did need the Same part. But then told me I was lying and his wife Never spoke to me and I made up the whole thing. I would rather pay full price for a brand new part then ever deal with this business again.

I emailed this company to get some information on a part. they told me that my model # was invalid and then told me that they considered my request to be a wild goose chase and not worth their time. I told them I worked in customer service and that no request is a wild goose chase and she told me I was now blocked and not to email them anymore, this company is a joke not worth the time to contact them.

Very fast shipping actually next day. Price was reasonable for the pump I bought. But my diagnosis was wrong and my old pump was good. Have to call them tomorrow to possibly buy a circuitboard
