My good old Stressless chair (13+ years old) finally became rump sprung. I stopped by and explained what happened and was told to return with the chair so they could check it out. I stopped by at 10am today and Jorgen examined it. After taking the leather cover off the bottom he showed me the broken spring. (Yep, it was rump sprung – broken in half.) He explained that it could not be repaired - the whole bottom would need to be replaced. To order it from the manufacturer would take many weeks, however, after a quick search of the warehouse, with the help of Cedric, they found the replacement and reassembled the chair and loaded it into the car. I was on my way in less than an hour. Oh, if the bottom had been ordered it would have cost $190, but since it was in stock it was only $100 installed! And Barbara, she does sells in the showroom, was also most helpful. All my emails were answered promptly. The only negative was that Jorgen had no trouble reassembling the chair. Cedric and I were hoping that wed learn some colorful Norwegian. None was needed. Bottom line ... EXCELLENT service. This is a very professionally run business. When it is time to replace our couch I will definitely be going back. I highly recommend this store. If you are in the market for furniture, be sure to stop here.

Full service with excellent prices for med to upper quality. I leave here purchasing more than Id planned but retain happiness with the purchases; the mark of good sales people to match purchases with my room and budget. Weve purchased furniture here for 10 years and always fine quality for good prices. And the sales are especially good. Do have to wait for custom upholstered pieces, but they also have a lot of pay-n-take items. They are great a helping with color and size selections too.
