Although I have shopped here since they opened. Getting keys cut, picking up supplies for gardening, buying tools or hardware for a project. I carry a backpack, I always have. This time I was denied entry to the store unless I left my backpack by the door. My backpack has my photography equipment in it and Im not leaving it in my vehicle, nor am I leaving it where I can not keep an eye on it. I ask the cashier if I can hold onto it, since it contains all my camera equipment. She shakes her head no. OK fine. I see no other backpack or purse there. In fact I have never been asked to leave my backpack while shopping here. Im sure other women are not asked to leave their purses there, which are easier to shoplift merchandise into. I am not interested in being treated like a criminal and will never shop here again.

Great service, great location, best place to get all of your hardware needs! The staff is knowledgeable, friendly, and more than willing to provide excellent customer service finding whatever you need to complete a project. There is an awesome garden center with a variety of drought resistant plants, succulents, flowers, plus some organic vegetables, garden & potting soils.The paint dept. has Valspar, Clark+ Kensington paints and Super Deck stains. There is an awesome housewares section, too. The selection of pots, pans, kitchen gadgets and small appliances are very "high end" in quality. If youre looking to repair your plumbing, irrigation, electrical or just find the right stuff to repair something around your house, they have whatever you need!

Great local store. Staff always asking how they can help you. Big change from going to Home Depot where no one knows where anything is, dont really want to help - and thats when you can find a retail clerk. The line moves quickly and the store is small enough to get around without having to run a marathon.

Just needed some bolts and hardware, but I enjoyed browsing for about 20 minutes, small store good selection. I only spent a few dollars, but I recommend.
