BUYERS BEWARE!!! I put a positive review for this dealership a few months back because they were great to me and a few of my family members with getting good cars. However, today I very angry and sad at the same time of their unethical practices. I referred my daughter there 2 months ago. She drove off the lot with a 2013 black Toyota Corolla. A paper tag was issued of course. Weeks went by and she didnt hear from them regarding the new tag. They had to issue another temp tag on 1/23/17 because the tag expired on 1/25/17. She also told them when she got there she called the Finance company to make a payment but they didnt have her as a customer. They told her they was STILL trying to find a finance company. WHAT?? After letting her drive around for almost 2 months with this car, you mean to tell me you NEVER completed her deal? They just stuck anything on paper to try to make a sell and hope for the best. Well my daughter called me today to let me know that they called her to let her know they were coming to pick up the car from her job because they couldnt find a finance company! I called them and asked for Tony...the guy whom Ive dealt with in the past...the guy who is actually on the late night infomercial on channel 7 around 2 am. Instead I got some BOZO on the phone basically explaining the same foolishness about not being able to find a finance company and that she didnt put no money down for the car anyway. Im trying to figure what no money down have to do with this because I drove off their lot 3 years ago with a car with no money down and Tony says that a customer might be able to drive off the lot with no money down in the infomercial. Bozo was very nonchalant about the situation and then asked me could I co-sign for her or for anybody who can co-sign. Being turned down for a car is not uncommon and there can be many issues. The problem I have with them is that they let My daughter drive around for almost TWO months without completing her deal. They came to her JOB and took the car today! My daughter is devastated and embarrased. Simply heartless! At the time my daughter was making her deal, I told Manny, one of the salesman that I was looking to trade my car in about a year. He asked me how many miles I had on my car. He said that it was a lot of miles and that he had a "friend" that could roll back my odometer. I just looked at him. NO THANKS Manny. I wont be needing that unethical deal because Im never coming back there. I will be contacting Help Me Howard from channel 7 news. If anyone who is reading this have been victimize in this nature by this dealership, please let me know. We can all go on air together. Addendum: I will blow up social about this! Facebook, Instagram, etc.! I found out Bozos name. It was Louis....very rude and disgusting!

For months I have been looking for a new car. All up and down State Rd 7 from Margate to Miami. But no one approved me because I hadnt established credit yet. I had high hopes because alot of dealers would say "bad credit, no credit, no problem." I was out of luck. If they did approve me they wanted me to put down half of what the car is worth and pay 500 and up monthly. Who would do that? After long, frustrating, stressful months with a 97 Acura that broke down on me literally everyday, I was hit with an oppurtunity from Modern Auto Sales. They said all they needed were my last two pay stubs and two forms of proof of address. They said they dont give a f*!@ if you dont have credit. As long as you have a job youre guaranteed to drive away in a new car. And they were right. After looking around for a while I decided which car I was going to get. I was approved about 10 minutes later. I put down as much as I wanted. Or as little as i wanted to say the least. It was my first time buying from a dealer with no credit and my payments were lower than expected. Even better. The whole car buying process took only about an hour. Well worth it. Words cant explain how happy I am with this staff and their service and honesty. Bottom line is if you are in need of a new car head over to Modern Auto Sales where they have great selections. You will leave happy with a new car.

We had not such good credit but not terrible ....we were referred by my boyfriends parents whom bought multiple cars from there in the past . So we go...find an suv. Well the next day after getting the car the check engine light goes on ..., oil change required light as well as the tire sensor fault light goes on. We call and they tell us the oil change light wasnt reset. The next week we pull in our driveway and the engine makes a loud noise and begins to smoke . My father in law calls and they tell us "we didnt know about It " repeatedly. Well if thats all they can say is "we didnt know " that is clearly a red flag. We looked at all the fluid levels ...oil looks like it hasnt been changed in god knows how long. No windshield wiper fluid ...nothing. Dry as a bone. When we called again we were basically told we were SOL. This isnt fair because now we are stuck with a vehicle that isnt driveable. We will come out of pocket to fix this vehicle we have had less than a month that we now have a loan on. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE ... And if u do please bring a mechanic. This place should not be in business. Im looking into lemon law and making claim with better business bureau. Very upset and disappointed as well as my in laws who have done a lot of business with these people!!!

Talk about an unpleasant experience. At first glance this dealer seems typical, but as time went by I realized I made a grave mistake! Be warned when walking into this dealer be on your guard, remember to read all documentation, and by all means do not let them dictate to you what is going to happen. After obtaining my first car from this dealership, it only took three weeks for things to go wrong! They lured me back into the office under the pretense that I would get a better bank to finance me, after they made a mistake. Long story short, they didnt find a new bank, kept their car, and tried to give me half my money back because one of the car dealers "Ray" seemed to have misplace the money. After telling them that I was going to get my lawyer involved they quickly showed their true colors, especially Ray who said "I dont like your kind." Be warned stepping in any car dealership unprepared is bad, stepping into this one will be the most fatal mistake you can make towards buying a car.

Awful experience! The vehicle purchased started having issues less than two weeks after I purchased it. They recommended a mechanic that was both difficult to get in contact with and rude. Less than 30-days after purchase vehicle stopped running completely. They never offered to have the vehicle towed to repair it insisting that I utilize their recommended mechanic 47-mins away. After I repaired the vehicle I sent a request to have them pay it which was ignored. Eventually, I had to file complaints with the Florida Department of Motor Vehicles and Highway Patrol and the Better Business Burearu. Thus prompting me to research the dealer which has multiple civil lawsuits filed in Broward County - one currently pending! Now their lack of willingness to reimbursement I have consulted legal counsel myself and will add to their growing list of unsatisfied customers. If you value both your finances and sanity stay clear of these guys!
