Absolutely one of the most outrageous dealership to buy a car from. All the way from customer service to sales! Makes car buying difficult and seems unprofessional in the manner of presenting a car to getting your tag. Dealt with a guy name Splash that right Splash. After completing the purchase noticed the key fob didnt work and asked them to change battery which they did, but still did not work. Splash tells his manager, and right in front of me while not working manager says that is your customer you take care of it, also LIED right in front of me saying we will have a new key cut which as he said I laughed off due to the treatment already I knew they werent going to do as promised.

I was looking for a decent car and i had $2000 to put down and they jerk me around for a week. First he (junior) offer me a car nissan Altima and ask did i want red or brown i told him red and then i test drive it like the car, then he ask for $2500 down for the altima after he ask for a 2 thousands. They are crooks and bad business people and dont know how to treat customers. Then went back to ask for my paper work with all my personal business on it they claim they couldnt find it and if they do they will continue calling the bank for the red altima, ummm no so done with these crooks and pls do not do business with them at all. Save your $$$$$ and time

Went to the lot and they had a bigger selection that I expected. I found a compact truck that was what I was looking for and in my price range. I had already setup financing through the credit union. The truck ran great, but I had an issue with the drivers window (stuck) within a couple days. I called and spoke with Michelle. I dropped the truck off on Tuesday and was able to pick it up Thursday with the window motor replaced. I was a little disappointed with the initial issue, (-2 stars), but they made good quick and without any hassle (+1 star). Ill definitely come by again in 10 months when my son starts driving and needs a car.

Brought a car from there over two years ago.never had any problems with it.the first week after l got it .l grove it to Aberdeen Maryland and back. It ran great!!! And very good on gas.one tank up one tank back. Still no major problems. The owner is a very nice manl send all my family and friends there.very good cars.satisfied customer.

I told them exactly what I wanted and they gave it to me. I text drove different cars that I liked as well. Management is awesome, everybody is very friendly and helpful. They help you in every way possible. They dont pressure you or anything they let you take your time and let you decide on what you what and need.

I got my 2014, Mazda 3 Sport, previous one owner car, from You Select Auto. The process of trying out the car and purchasing the car was smooth and easy. They also took car of taxes, title, and tag and got that all to me in a timely manner. I love my car and I love the people At You Select Auto.
