We had tried a few other car dealerships and were told "due to your short length of time on the job, youre going to get a NO where every you go... I work contract, make well above average income, at Crown, they looked at me as a person, the fact that Ive been doing the same job for 22 years (on contract) not the amount of time I was at this particular company on contract. Before we even set foot on the car lot, I had sent in all my documentation (Drivers Licence, Proof of income, residence etc.), Brian and John (I think thats the right name) checked my information, interviewed me for the loan and had an approval amount before even getting there. Although we chose a car we absolutely loved from the internet pictures, it happened to be about $4,000.00 more than our approval, but they worked with us, our down was only $500.00 more than for something in our approval amount, we received a much lower interest rate than expected. They deal with people from all walks of life, from those making minimum wage to those making over $150k a year...no matter what your situation, youre not brought in with a false sense of what youre approved for then sent to what I call the "Dog Pound" of ratty cars, you know up front before even going what youre approved for and are given a choice of late model, quality vehicles (in our case we were determined to get the one we fell for). Brian had the car we were interested in waiting for us when we showed up, handed us the keys for a test drive and when we returned, it was a matter of getting the car on our insurance, signing the paperwork, paying the downpayment and we were on our way!!! You will be treated with the respect and integrity you deserve, nothing hidden like 99% of the car dealers out there. Everybody was friendly, they make you feel like family, theyre professional and dont pull anything over your eyes... If youre looking for a car, bottom of the barrel horrible credit or top of the chart excellant credit, youre going to get awesome treatment... I recommend this dealer (with multiple lots to pull from) 150%...

My family has been having many financial issues lately and my mother in law missed ONE payment and shes paid $460 every month and has not missed ONE payment for the past THREE years!! Well this past month has been pretty rough and she missed her FIRST payment. Youd think the company would call concerned, but instead she was told they were ready to repossess the vehicle!! She had it for ONE year and the transmission blew out and she had to pay $3000 to get that fixed and now its tracked onto her payments. The crap is ridiculous and I will NEVER use their services again. She tried to call and set up a plan to fix her issue and the woman she talked to on the phone talked to her like she was this no good irresponsible pos! She was very unprofessional and rude and Ill tell you what, ID NEVER HIRE SUCH AN UNPROFESSIONAL HUMAN BEING IN MY LIFE! Its just plain stupid they have a woman with an attitude problem working in customer service!! I just wanted everyone to know before they waste their time with this business.

I wouldnt suggest anyone to buy a car from here. when i bought my car and took it home i had problems out of it the next day i called John and Lisa and they gave me the run a round about who i need to talk to.They didnt care they acted like its not our problem its your problem now. So im thinking to myself where are the nice people who sold me this car i guess its all fake until the car leave the lot. So after calling lisa over and over telling her this isnt right i shouldnt have to pay for repairs after a day of buying this car. she said there is nothing i can do just call John Gerst at the corporate office he is the other John boss i said ok. So i been trying to reach him and guess what no answer.THIS IS A SHADY DEALERSHIP SO PLEASE DONT SHOP HERE FOR A CAR.

Very poor service ! Payment system is messed up . Dont do automatic draft when need to ! I am very disappointed !!! The service suck I dont refer nobody to them my grandfather got behind one payment been paying faithfully and they call like he having been paying when he have . He a disable veterans I would think they will handle him different when he wanted to do automatic draft from start this company suck think twice before going !!!! I just cnt believe one payment!!!!! Really when he havent had a issue before a faithful man!!!! I would see if he missed 3 payments but one come on now beyond pissed ! When we request automatic draft we was denied ! Dont go go somewhere else !!!

Worst car ever , lucky I cant give it no stars . Bought a car from there , in 2 weeks fuel pump went bad 3 months transmission had to be rebuilt Now 7 months of having this car it needs a new engine. Save your money and go somewhere else. I wish I did . I find it strange that the moment their warranty ran out this car is completely gone. And the repairs cost more than the car. Dont worry about calling them , they will continuously remind that you bought it as-is. And its not their problem. The corporate office is no better , you will be on hold all day , and get nothing resolved .

I have never been treated better by anyone that I can remember; although I have a terrible memory. The time I spent here on the lot was so much fun. I am going to total my car, so I can come back and get another one from Barry & Tracy. (Tip) get good insurance, so when you total your car, they will refinance you a new one; and the fun begins all over again. Usually I have to be intoxicated to laugh and carry on like this, but not with Barry & Tracy keeping this circus going. I also wanted to thank Bernard for his continued prayers, and splahing me with holy water.......it helps!

I walked into Crown Auto of Rock Hill, discouraged because my vehicle was "Running Hot", I wasnt on my job very long, was completely unsure about financing options and I didnt know what to do. Mrs. Lisa told me "Im going to take care of you" SHE DID! Mrs. Tracy made sure I didnt have a crazy monthly payment. She said "You have to live, dont be a prisoner to a payment" I purchased a Fabulous vehicle, low miles and I didnt need a Co-Signer!! COME TO CROWN.

Simple process with a company that really wants to help. Ask about the owner and his history. Rock Hill location - everyone there is very professional and helpful.
