I was looking for an all-wheel drive performance vehicle for a reasonable price. Universal Motors had several Subaru WRX STIs and plenty WRX specimens from which to choose. This shop and dealership seemingly specializes in cars off of insurance claims that have been repaired and refurbished. Naturally, I was skeptical that a performance vehicle could be restored to its specified performance level. After test driving a 2015 WRX STI, I was more than satisfied. All of the performance was there. The acceleration, corning, road feel, and pavement grip were impeccable. With a peek under the hood, I couldnt find any flaws in workmanship or identify any areas affected by the accident. The Subaru dealership could not identify any flaws either. After a couple weeks, Id say that I received a car that was out of my price range at a price that was in my price range. I cannot speak to other vehicles, but this shop seems to be able to expertly repair and restore late model Subarus to perfect working order while selling them at a very reasonable price. My experience has been of top order and I recommend this shop if they have the car for which you are looking.

I wasnt too sure about buying a car from a smaller dealer that I didnt know much about, but I took a chance and bought a car that had been repaired from a deer hit. They gave me pictures of the vehicle before it was fixed (per my request) and I inspected the car very closely where the damage was. The repair job was excellent! I couldnt tell it ever had work done and I saved a ton of money on a newer, low mileage vehicle. Im very pleased and Anna was great to work with. They also gave me a 2 month warranty just in case anything happened after I took it home. Im very happy with my purchase and would definitely shop there again.

Absolutely wonderful experience! Extremely open and upfront with everything. Anna was great to work with and I have already started to recommend other people to check them out. I have high expectations when it comes to customer service and I have nothing but good to say about them. There was absolutely no pressure to make a decision and we were encouraged to take our time with test driving and looking the car over. By the time we left I felt like I was more than a sale and will be going back here first when I look for my next car.

Id, like to personally thank the Staff at Universal motors for going above and beyond the bar to make sure everything was in place for my car. The Price for my car was the best deal i could find. This is a local family-owned business and the customer service reflects small business values. Alex was fair and helpful, and willing to investigate and fix a problem before we even made a deal. He was there during the entire process ensuring that we were comfortable with the choice we made and went above and beyond to educate us on what we were buying. In the end, we purchased a 2002 Volvo for my daughter and she couldnt be happier! By far the best used car purchase Ive ever experienced.

Very good service! The A/C on my car didnt work well, and Alex helped me with that, found the leak, fixed! Also they are selling cars. Next car I am going to buy from them - easy to contact, very good, honest, responsible people. Looks like people love their job, and they do great care of their customer.
