Very rude, short and very unprofessional ! My wife and I called to ask questions about a van they had on the lot which we were very excited about. We needed to make sure of a few things for we would be driving across the cities to take a look at it.. We asked for a high end and a low end estimate on how much our trade in vehicle would be worth . Ryan was very rude to my wife, told her to take our business somewhere else because apparently we had a "bad attitude " for asking a low end and high end value for our trade in(ball park numbers not exact). The entire conversation he was short and treated us like he had something better to do.. Ryan hung up on my wife after telling her that We can take our business somewhere else and that no one will ever give us a ball park estimate without seeing it. Well, I will never do business here and I hope Ryan is not the owner based off how he treats people. We are buying a car today and we do dont need to finance it and we will for sure never step foot in Original Owner Autos. Ryan treated a $12,000.00 transaction like he could care less and disrespected my wife before we even got in the door.. We dont have a bad attitude one bit. In fact we were excited to go look at the vehicle and buy it today .. The only bad attitude was Ryans. Oh btw Ryan everyone else gave us a ballpark number on our trade in over the phone and didnt treat us like we were burdening them .. very disappointing!! Stay away! Update: Ryan called me back. I asked why he hung up on my wife and how he can treat buyers like that. He used lots of profanity, insulted me many times throughout out the call and when I said Ill just leave a review and call BBB. He laughed at me and said "go ahead they f-ing wont do sh**. Ryan was very childish and incredibly unprofessional and used lots of profanity. Folks we did nothing to deserve this I can promise that. Ryan is kind of a loose cannon from my very short experience and he should be stripped of his license I wish I recorded the conversation . Definitely stay away! Those 5 star reviews must be from friends to offset his actual one star business reviews.

Horrible is the best word to describe the scum that owns this place. Ryan is really a piece of work. He is a liar and a very arrogant man. I dont understand how he is still in business with the way he treats people. I am a human being just like you Ryan. Respect is earned, not given. This guy does not respect women at all what so ever. Women beware of this scam artist. He will lie to you just to make a buck and then yell at you when you call him out on his blatant lies about his vehicles. He swore at me multiple times. Ryan is downright abusive. **DO NOT BUY HERE** They do not inspect the cars here guys, please do not believe when they say they do. I took a car to get inspected at my own mechanic because I just didnt trust Ryan and I am so happy I did. Found even the most basic things wrong with the car. Things that cost as low as $20 to fix up to multiple hundreds of dollars. If you inspect these cars, then why dont you fix even the most basic of items?! LOL When I walked in to the business, I wasnt even spoken to for several minutes. Two (twin brothers?) were yelling at the top of their lungs at each other. Exploding and childish name calling...what a joke. I should have went with my gut and walked out immediately. Once this yelling was over, still no one spoke to me. Finally Ryan asked if I had been helped. Umm, obviously not moron. Youre the only one here and you clearly had not helped me yet. Yet he played it off as if he didnt know. I asked about the vehicle in which I called about. He told me the car was in back and sent me walking to find the car. No customer service what so ever. I dont even want to waste my time with continuing this review. I am utterly disgusted with Ryan and this "so called" business of his, in which he states he sells "quality 1 owner vehicles." What a joke. Simply put, you are pathetic Ryan. A poor excuse for a man that treats women like garbage. I will never step foot in this business again and if any of the people reading this are looking for a good car, please do yourselves a favor and disregard this place. Avoid it like the plague.

This place is a sham. They had a truck for sale on craigslist that had been posted for almost 2 weeks. When i called they said the truck was still available, but was having some work done on it and told me it would be done around the middle of the next week. So i waited until the middle of the next week and since i was around the area i decided to stop by. They told me it still wasnt finished, but i could look at it so i did. I told them i really liked the truck and that id come buy it asap. They told me it woud be done by friday, so i called friday and it still wasnt done. Next they told me monday it would definitely be ready. So monday rolls around and i call them, they told me it was up on the lift at that very moment, but wouldnt be done until tuesday. Monday night i was looking on craigslist again and there i see the truck posted for $1000 more than what they advertised originally. I called them tuesday morning and what does the guy tell me, but sorry and that they had sold the truck the day before right out from underneath me to a guy who had supposedly had the truck before, but went to africa and didnt pay it off. Kind of funny how they raised the price up and then out of the blue the guy who left the truck before and moved to africa just randomly walks in the day before i was suppose to go buy the truck and they give it back to him.

I would rate them fair as a dealer that simply sells cars "as is" but theyre pretty deceitful and seem to only care about getting the cars off their lot. The only reason I bought my car was because it was the exact one I was looking for on a narrow market but otherwise, I would have gone elsewhere. Despite listing no mechanical issues or needed maintenance, my car needs a new serpentine belt immediately after purchase along with brake pads and the front right tire has a leak. Also, the key fob wasnt even programmed to the car. In addition, the first time I went to test-drive, the battery was dead. And, not so much to my surprise, the car wasnt even clean. There are dealerships that dont advertise anything false about their cars and simply sell them as they get them. Thats fine. But OOA will tell you whatever to get their cars off the lot. Highly unlikely I would ever purchase from them again out of moral principles, even if they had the car I wanted. Im not even entirely convinced theyre still accredited by the BBB, as if thats worth anything anyhow. Oh and Im sure theyll mention how theyre happy to do any work on the car if you experience issues. What a convenient cycle of income, well sell you this car that doesnt need work (but really it does) and when it comes time to fix it, you can just come back and give us more of your money.
