Very mean and UNFAITHFUL people who work there. I should have listened to the other reviews about this company, I just thought "hey it wont be me." I just bought my 2009 Accord almost 2.5 weeks ago and I still havent received my title yet. They said they need to wait for 10 days for the check to clear when the $10,000 was already withdrawn from my account the day I purchased it. I wait for 12 days and I never received a call from them to follow up if whether or not they will have title ready, which is 2 days after their "justified" time. That is just laziness and failure to respect the customer. I call them on the 12th day to ask if they will have the title ready, only to have Marsha hang up on me when I ask questions. She claims "You were being rude, and I told that to the lady who handles the title." Excuse me? I was asking why I didnt receive my title after 10 days because I rightfully own a vehicle in which SHE was suppose to call me with the title ready? And then she HANGS UP on me? And tells me Im Rude!??! She is the one who sold me the car. And then shes got all kinds of excuses. So she says shell have the title ready on friday. Its Saturday and I called up, and she says "the title guy only comes in from monday to friday". Dont expect great customer service from these guys. And Customer Service is the staple of any SALES business. They dont do what they say theyre going to do. You might not even own the car until 2 months later or even a year, heck they just down right forget about you the day you purchase the car, because if you dont follow up with them (when that is THEIR JOB NOT YOURS) you will NEVER rightfully OWN the CAR. I think I might plan to sue them if they dont get it to me within the next week, claiming they need to mail the title, when theyre suppose to have it ready in the office by the 10th day. The checks dont need that much time to clear, theyre obviously BSing and trying to buy more time and hope you forget.

My car buying experience sounds like the rest of the reviews. Id say the people are polite but they certainly know what they are doing when it comes to sales techniques. I called the office to check on a car. It was listed online for 6k. The sales person told me about it and even informed me it came with a warranty. That got me excited. I drove 200 miles to see the car. I get there and start the paperwork, then she tells me that the 6k is if I pay cash for the car and it is 7k if I finance it. The car wasnt such a good deal then, but still...I liked the car. I went a head with the contract. Then she added another $1500 for the warranty and another 2k for the finance charges! I ended up paying 10k for an 11 year old car!. My problems dont end there. I got home the next day and the car wont start. Eight weeks later, I still dont have a title. They also told me that after I make my first payment, I can change the due date with the finance company. Not true. Overall, you are no better going to this company than any other. They get their cars from auctions, they dont know their cars, they are clearly in it for the money, as any other sales company. However, given all the sneaky extra charges they added, and the multiple title complaints, Id say avoid them if you can. Honestly if you have to buy a used car just save yourself the hassle and pay cash for it and buy it from a private seller. I have yet to be happy about a car buying experience from any used car lot.

I was so incredibly disappointed with this "business". My husband and I test drove a car and were very seriously considering buying it. We get in the car and discover it doesnt have much gas. We alert the "sales woman" and she gives us $5 to put gas in it. Okay, no problem. We go to a gas station which takes about 15 minutes because of traffic. Then we test drive the car around a neighborhood and down the highway. We were gone about 40 minutes total. We get back and she is standing outside with her purse and when we ask if they are closing she replies, "well yeah, but you were gone forever" in an incredibly rude manner. Keep in mind we arrive back at the lot at 3:30 and they actually close at 5:30. So yeah. Then she asked if we wanted to buy it. So you expect us to negotiate and sign paperwork in your parking lot in the middle of July? Right. Because of your rude demeanor, you lost a large sale. Please dont waste your time here, we are INCREDIBLY disappointed. How do you expect to make sales of you lack good customer service?

I bought a pick up from these people and before we left the lot the fuel gauge quit working. Zach Hainline told me that they would cover the cost to get it fixed. I offered to do the labor myself if they would pay for the part which was $175. He led me to believe that that was fair and they would reimburse me for the part. 2 days later the fuel pump went out and when I told Zach he again said he would talk to his manager. He never called back and when I called to talk to a manager he knew nothing about it. The pump was over $300 and they only reimbursed me $100. Plus, I paid cash for the vehicle and they told me it would only take a couple of days to get the title it ended up taking a month. I will never buy another car from these bpeople and I would recommend anyone who is looking at a vehicle there to look elsewhere.

Was promised to have a vehicle ready for us at a certain time , we got there (this was a couple days later) and the inspection and other work was not done on the truck, told us that they would stay as late as needed that evening for us to get the vehicle, then they tried to balk at that. A couple weeks later, the vehicle was totaled. When we purchased the vehicle we were told that we were required to have GAP and warranty, found out now that is not the case, that I just had the warrenty. Paid a little over KBB for the vehicle, but it was in very nice shape for the age / mileage. I now need another vehicle, but I will not shop with them again. They cant seem to keep a simple promise to have a car ready at the right date and time, much less be truthful about what you are getting in your purchase.

We found a great 2005 mitsubishi Outlander here and got an approval with 1200 down. Called back the next day to tell them we had our down payment and were ready to buy and they gave us a whole new story. We cant have that car cause it was 12000 which was to much for us all we can have is a 1991 lexus 250 that is only 2000 bucks if we wanted that we would just gather the 800 more and pay in full instead of you jacking up on the interest. Whats the point in playing games with your customer. Well they called us back late this evening and told us we could get a 2002 ford explorer eddie baur edition and its super nice but we looked it up on the website and its all ready sold..WTF??? NOT my idea of an interesting car shopping experience save yourself the time!!!!
