I gave a review on fb but then realized not everyone has that, so I will share my experience here as well. I had bought an Oldsmobile alero with them car did great, then I hit my year mark and was able to trade in and trade up with their program. So I traded my car in for an 02 trailblazer.. I loved that thing, however on the 2nd day it had trouble starting so I told them about it had it towed and they couldnt get the problem to duplicate. So I used some fuel treatments figured maybe just needed some engine cleaning. It got a little better but not fully. I took it to a mechanic and they advised my engine light was on. I never once saw it come on.(shouldve been a clew there) I drove it to McCoy told them it was still acting up they told me to have it looked at and they would see what they could do. Before I could leave it had trouble would just keep turning and nothing more. The guy who sold me car said well nothing we can do just get it fixed... Mechanic finally told me that someone took the dash out and put electric tape on the reverse side of the dash. I asked for a loaner while McCoy looked at the car at one point and they told me that cant be done. They finally let me use a loaner car and that car the brakes where shot and center console was ripped out and the mpg read your speed instead of mpg.. This place is a joke after finally threatening with BBB and the Attorney general I got my money back from them and went to Corwin Dodge. I got into a 2010 and I couldnt be happier.

BUYER BEWARE!! I write this with the hopes to prevent another innocent buyer from getting taken advantage of at the McCoy Auto Group. Dan, from McCoy Auto Group, misrepresented the sale of a 13 Regency Party Barge Vessel by lying about the history of this vessel. Dan clearly stated he did not know the hours on this vessel reminding us it is only a year old. It was an internet sale, therefore we had to rely on the information he provided us, trusting he accurately represented this vessel as required by law. Once we purchased the vessel and it was delivered to us we learned that it DOES have an hour meter indicating the usage of this vessel. It had a total of almost 300hrs...much much more then he lead on. Also, the hour meter CLEARLY indicated the amount of times the gas tank had been filled further verifying the usage of this vessel. Dan DELIBERATELY LIED ABOUT THE HOURS TO MAKE A SALE. As soon as we realized, we called DAN to discuss his negligent misrepresentation in which he of course denied, stating it was sold "as is". A dealer is obligated under the Tort Law to provide all information regarding a vessel to the potential buyer. As the Law indicates, the dealer is responsible to accurately represent the vessels he sells. We, the purchaser, rely on material provided by the dealer to judge the value of the vessel. This Dealer and dealership is liable for Negligent and Fraudulent Misrepresentation. Please do yourself a favor and shop elsewhere!!

I am a college student and i thought I could go without my parents and not get screwed over. Aaron was very helpful but he made a deal to fix the heater/air conditioner problem i asked about before buying the vehicle. He told me he would have his mechanic fix the problem. They kept the car for a couple days. I went in on the day the vehicle was supposed to be done and he told me they needed another day but i went ahead and purchased the it. I then recieved a call saying the work was beyond his mechanics capability but that the warranty would cover it. He said he would arrange the shop to take it to to get it fixed and covered by the warranty. Then I took it into the shop. They called me back and told me the warranty does not cover and it would cost $1,000. Aaron then said he was trying to pull some strings but he did not keep his word and I had to pay the repair bill out of my own pocket. The problem turned out to be mostly labor and after looking into it the problem was an easy fix for most mechanics. I assume they knew what the problem was and just wanted to get the vehicle off their lot. They seem to be nice guys but they did not keep their promise. It seems evident they screwed me over.

Just bought a 2013 Sun Tracker pontoon from Dan and all I can say is WOW! The boat is better than I expected and everything was done professionally by the entire staff at McCoy Auto Group. I drove in from Wisconsin and was givin the royal treatment. I had some wiring issues with the hitch on my truck and their mechanic re-wired it all for me and didnt charge me a thing. Took my family out on the pontoon today and everything was smooth as silk. If I am ever in the market for another boat Dan will be the first person I call!

Bought a truck from McCoys. The process started out well, the staff was friendly and helpful. As we got closer to the deal the "used car salesman" personality started to come out... I felt jipped over how much they gave me for my trade in (about $1000 less than it was worth) and found out about 2 weeks after I bought my truck something pretty big was broken that they didnt tell me about. Still a good truck but displeased with how they handled the sale. Wont buy from McCoys again.

McCoys was really great. they dont check credit or anything. If you have the down payment you can drive away in a car. Aaron was our sales guy and he was fantastic. I would recomend this car lot to anyone that wants to buy a used car. Oh and they also have cheap payments. we got an 03 stratus and our payments are $150 for 2 1/2 years.

They lie about their vehicles passing inspections, the first week of owning the car I had to buy a new alternator. 2 months go by and all of a sudden the car needs a new motor. They scam and steal fron you. Do not EVER purchase a car from here. May look nice on the outside but they hide the flaws very well.

Bought 2 cars from them 5 years ago and still driving them both! My car is about to hit 200k miles. They are easy-going and work with you about everything. Back then, we needed help and didnt have the best credit. We were able to pay off the cars and never had to invest any more than just maintenance.
