As a loyal GNC customer for five years its a shame that this store truly made me never want to shop at a GNC again. The "manager" had a sour face from the second I walked in. As I proceeded to the register and began explaining what I was there for she answers a call and instead of putting that call on hold she proceeds to talk on the phone for 10 minutes as I wait. A simple return that should take no more then 2 minutes turned into a 30 minute fiasco. Finally, shes off the phone and I explain to her as GNC gold card member for five years I have never done this before but I wanted to return a product I used because it gave me extreme metabolism issues. Should be a simple return right considering I had the recipect, the product was hardly used, and it clearly states on the back of the recipect that if you do not like the product you have 30days to return it. So I did just that. Instead I was denied the right as a GNC customer to return my product because I bought it at a store that they had issues with. Internal issues between GNCs should not affect your customer and deny GNC corporate policy. She refused to return my product and instead of trying to find a solution she started interrogating me why I bought it from that store, why dont I just go back to that store (which is an hour away), what I was doing in the area, etc. Not only is this unproffesional but a poor business practice as well. As a GNC customer policys that corporate puts into place should be applied across the board. I should be able to buy a product at one store and return it at another. I should not have to hesitate to go into a GNC store and return something because they have an internal issue with another store. That needs to be worked out between the stores and corporate...not the customers fault. Nonetheless I walked out of the store and called corporate who was in shock that this store thought they can deny me the right to return the product as a customer. The unproffesionalsm of this store along with their own policies that favor them and the rude management personnel working there all contributed to a horrible shopping expirence. Which has lead me to never walking into another GNC store again. Save yourself the money, time, and frustration and go to another GNC or viatimns store.

Forgot my coupon and was told it would be no problem to bring it back for the adjustment. So I went ahead an got all of my needs an then some. One of which just really didnt work out so I brought it back the very next day with my coupon. I walked in right at open. The lady said it would take a min and asked if she could ring up another customer first. I said no problem. She proceeded to walk around the store trying to sell more to this lady then rung her up. Started my transaction and someone else came in ready to purchase in 5 min. She then asked if she could take them. I said sure. It became quite the ordeal and timely to do my return. It didnt come out right so it had to be REdone. Other customers came in and she still asked if she could take them. I get you want to help everyone but at some point its a little disrespectful to me and my time. Also, if you really cant do the coupon after or bring stuff back thats also fine. I would have waited to purchase and brought my coupon to shop. Or have the proper training in place. Didnt end up getting to return my item or my coupon. I may just bring it all back and drive further to a better gnc. Totally disappointed.
