I walked in after 5pm, less than an hour from their posted closing time. They do most of their business online, and had already completed their orders for the day and were wrapping up to leave. They had a limited selection of flowers, and not a lot of time to put something together for me, but they graciously worked with me and even matched my desired price point (most of their stuff on the website starts at$70+ but I was hoping for $50). In 20 minutes they threw together one of the most beautiful bouquets Ive ever gotten from anywhere, and my wife loved them. Ill definitely return (but leave more time for them to not have to rush of course).

I called long distance to order flowers for Mothers Day after reading favorable Google reviews. The woman who took my order over the phone was answering my call at 8:00 am AZ time the Saturday before Mothers Day! The owners are extremely kind, and have an attention to quality and detail while providing exceptional customer service. She even called me back the next day to verify a detail. The arrangement was stunning and loved by everyone. I will give them more business, and decided to write this public review by my own choice, because it was among the best of my experiences with a florist.

It was one week ago today that my son was going to his senior Prom. With little information or direction from him, I was in charge of ordering the corsage & Boutonniere. Unfortunately, when my son picked them up, he was not pleased, but he didnt say anything. When he got home I told him we would go back & have them fix it. With only hours before prom, AG Flowers gladly fixed the arrangements and made my son happy. Thank you for the great customer service, the flowers turned out GREAT & the prom was a success! :)

Love this flower shop!!! I live in NYC and called them because I wanted to send flowers to a friend in Arizona. They were extremely helpful and friendly. When the flowers arrived, they were exactly as described. They were fresh and stayed beautiful for a long time. Based on their customer service, their beautiful arrangements and the freshness of their flowers I will definitely use them again. I highly recommend them whether you live near or far. Walk in on a Tuesday at 5PM. First time in a flower shop and wanted to get the wife a nice gift. The florist who help me, had outstanding customer service and knew her material. I didnt know exactly what I was looking for but I want it to be unique and beautiful. She had many great suggestions and had pictures of what I might of been looking for. She didnt take more than 20 minutes to finish the flowers and did a wonderful job. We be definitely coming here again!

Horrible experience, the worse customer experience in ordering online. The woman answering the phone speaks over you, doesnt let you finish your sentence nor does she identify herself. Still waiting on delivery confirmation 2 days later. I relied on prior reviews which was my mistake. Must have been family and friends leaving reviews. Seriously horrible customer service.
